Hotel booking cancellation issue
I had a pretty disappointing experience with a hotel booking I made through Japanican. Ok, so I cancelled my reservation in October for a hotel stay on November 30th because I didn't want to be charged. I even got an email confirming the cancellation and saw it was gone from my account. But then on November 28th, Japanican hit me up about the booking. I told them I cancelled and asked them to update their system since I couldn't check my emails while traveling. Despite all that, they still said I'd be charged for a 'No Show', which just didn't seem fair to me or the hotel.

Misleading product photos
I ordered from this company because their website had nice pictures, but what I got was totally different. The quality was bad, the sizes were wrong, and the colors were way off. I emailed customer service but didn't hear back - no surprise there. It's like they don't care about unhappy customers at all. Can you believe it?

My experience buying checks online from the store at (address) was not good. I placed my order online, went to the store to get my checks, but the kiosk where I was supposed to pick them up was empty. I had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes before someone finally showed up to help me. It was clear that the customer service and professionalism were lacking. I was disappointed with how things were managed at this location and the staff didn't seem to care much.

I ordered this really awesome backpack from this one place, you know? And then, the very next day, they sent me an email saying they didn't have it in stock! Like, seriously??? But they were really cool about it and gave me the option to cancel my order or choose something else. I was really set on that backpack, so I went ahead and canceled. And then, boom, got my refund the next day super fast! Overall, I'm pretty pleased with their customer service, but come on, update your website with the correct info, please!

I tried so many times to cancel my reservation on Expedia because of an upcoming nor'easter storm, but every time I entered my itinerary number, the system didn't recognize it. Now I'm stuck after spending a lot of money. Just a heads up, if you decide to use Expedia, do it at your own risk. I ended up losing a good amount of cash.

Poor quality clothes
I ordered these shorts that were so poorly made, even my boyfriend noticed right away. So, I figured I'd return them but, man, that was just the start of my problems with this company. The shirt I decided to keep shrunk and fell apart after just one wash, even though I followed the care instructions perfectly. So, I contacted customer service, they wanted pictures and then turned around and said they couldn’t do anything ‘cause I washed it. It's so annoying to see a company talk about being all ethical and sustainable, but then sell these low-quality, expensive items that don’t even last. Their customer service was so unhelpful and unsympathetic, just kept throwing their “policy” at me without actually trying to fix things. Makes me wonder if they even care about keeping their customers happy.

I want to share my experience from the recent Black Friday sale at this store. Honestly, it was a total let down. My order ended up having duplicates of the items, and I got double charged for them. I tried reaching out to customer service through phone and email multiple times, but they weren't much help and couldn't resolve the issue. When I sent back the extra items, I only got back a fraction of what I paid. Adding to the frustration, my credit card company said the items were final sale and couldn't be returned. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't get a refund and ended up stuck with items I didn't even want. The terrible communication and unhelpful responses from customer service just left me feeling disappointed and deceived by this company.
