I just bought a bunch of kids' books from this store and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. They were supposed to have some small issues, but I couldn't find anything wrong with the 7 books I got. The prices were really fair, and I'm super happy with what I bought. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

The financial advice I got from this place was excellent. Robert, the consultant, really knows his stuff when it comes to financial markets and programming. He's super calm and professional, which made me feel comfortable talking to him. What I appreciated the most was that he was honest, always owning up when he didn't know something, which you don't see a lot in finance. Being able to set up a meeting with Lumiwealth before making any decisions was a total game-changer for me.

Mission-focused, minimalist clothes
So I found this awesome store that sells really simple and sustainable clothes, and I was so excited! I ordered a bunch of stuff because I'm all about saving the planet and looking cute at the same time. But then I started to worry because I read some reviews where people were saying the customer service was slow. I was like, uh-oh, am I never gonna get my clothes!? But then, after a while, they replied to me and were super nice about it, so I was relieved. And when my clothes finally arrived, they were amazing! So soft and cozy, I could wear them forever. Definitely going to shop here again.

Online shopping for the first time
Oh my god, I've been going to this store in person forever and I finally decided to give online shopping a shot. And let me tell you, it was amazing! The website was so easy to use, and I could see everything clearly from shipping to pricing. I messed up my order, but when I emailed them, they responded really fast. They were super nice and helpful, and they fixed my issue right away. Some people say this store is too pricey, but honestly, it's not that bad compared to other places. And the quality is awesome, so don't listen to the critics. Seriously, you should definitely check it out!

Stopped shipping to Canada
I'm really bummed about City Chic Online no longer shipping to Canada. I used to shop with them 4-5 times a year, and now I can't even do that. It's super frustrating when a brand you love just stops letting you access their products for no good reason. I really hope they change their mind and start shipping internationally again soon.

Custom checks and checkbook cover
I've been a customer of custom checks and checkbook covers for a while now and I've always been happy with what I got from them. But my last experience was a total letdown. I ordered some custom checks and a checkbook cover in early March. The checks came on time, but the cover was nowhere to be found. I waited a whole month before reaching out to customer service, and they promised to send me a replacement. Another month passed and still no cover, so I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. I ended up buying the same cover from a different store and got it in just two days. Dealing with the lack of communication and their inefficiency in getting my order to me was beyond frustrating.
