Soft, quality fabrics
The clothes I got from here are so awesome. Like, the fabric is really nice quality and feels super soft on my skin. I got some skirts, shorts, and shirts, and they're all great for just wearing around. I'll for sure be buying more stuff from here. It did take a little longer to get delivered than I thought, but whatever, good things come to those who wait, you know?

Oh my gosh, I was totally bummed out when I couldn't find all the pieces of the nursery set I wanted anywhere nearby. But then I stumbled upon this place and they had everything I needed, except for one thing. When it finally arrived, I was super stoked because there wasn't a single scratch on it! And the customer service? It was seriously top-notch, the best I've ever experienced!

Faulty watches
I bought two watches online and they were both defective. I've been emailing with the company and they finally agreed to take the watches back. But when I sent them to China, customs wouldn't accept them. Now I'm stuck with two broken watches and no refund.

Disappointing quality clothing
I just bought some stuff from this online store and man, was I let down. The clothes on their site looked cool and different, but in reality, they were cheaply made and the material was lame. And don't even get me started on the prices - way too steep for what you're actually getting. I feel like I got duped by all their flashy ads, only to end up with something totally different.

Affordable sunglasses
I just bought a new pair of sunglasses from this website and I have to say I am super impressed. The prices were way cheaper than other stores selling the same thing. Home security system
The Abode home security system was a good buy overall. Setting it up was pretty simple, but the keypad didn't work right when entering or exiting without a sensor on the door. The tech support was helpful, even though they were overseas, and the permit instructions were easy to understand and got me a rebate from my insurance company. So far, I'm happy with the system, but changing the batteries on the window sensors is a little tricky and not as easy as I thought it would be. I hope the batteries last as long as they're supposed to.

Portable wifi mix-up
I just had a really annoying situation with a company messing up my order and not giving me the help I needed. I asked for a portable wifi, but they sent me a home wifi router instead. I canceled the order right away, but even after sending back the router within two weeks, they still say they never got the tracking number and keep charging me since July. This kind of unprofessionalism and not taking responsibility is just not okay, and it's got me feeling really let down.

COAT AND BLOUSE
First of all, I ordered a Brown Coat size 3X, I received a Blue Coat size Medium. I called them and the machine instructed me to send them a message instead. When Prestarrs finally got back to me, they would not let me return the coat because it would be too expensive and instead, they wanted to give me a $17.00 credit. Probably to use again with Prestarrs.
Next, I ordered a Red blouse again, Size 3X, I received the blouse size 3X, but it was a medium size in comparison to the coat I received.
The people from Hong Kong CAN NOT actually have the US sizes we have. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!Received the wrong dress , no return address, no phone-and no email. Don’t know where to return it.

I had a lost package and evelan, omen disregard my concern about no received my paid item. I asked for a manager oscar and never called and was never in shop to help. I was ignored. The website has no information reguarding issues and what to do if item is not received and employees give false information about where my package is and i see all the tracking info.
