Quick online grocery order
Oh my gosh, I recently tried out an online grocery store and they had this irritating tip section that kinda forced me to tip the delivery guy. I personally believe that customers shouldn't feel obligated to tip, especially when other delivery services don't have that whole mandatory tipping situation. It made me feel uneasy about ordering from them, you know?
Organic Goji Berries, 10 items purchased
I recently bought 10 items from this company, including a pack of "organic" Goji Berries. Unfortunately, when I got the product, I saw a warning on the back saying the berries had lead and cadmium, chemicals that can cause cancer and birth defects. I was shocked that this important info wasn't on the product page before I bought it. It worried me that something touted as healthy could actually be harmful. When I tried to talk to the company about it, they erased my order history completely, which made me mad and I felt like they ripped me off. I suggest others be careful if they shop from this company because their lack of honesty and bad customer service really let me down.
Asian grocery purchase
If you want to shop online smoothly, you might want to try a different website. This one keeps crashing, so it's a pain to order Asian groceries. Plus, the prices are way too steep for what you're getting. It might work for people who can't easily get Asian groceries elsewhere, but for those of us in the city, the quality and cost just don't make sense.
Fresh produce purchase
My recent delivery experience was really disappointing. I was told it would only take 2-3 days, but it actually took 4-5 days which messed things up. The fresh vegetables in my order ended up arriving messed up and unusable because of the delay. I tried to contact customer service about it, but all I got back were robotic-sounding apologies with no real solutions. On top of that, I wasn't even told some items were out of stock until after my stuff was already sent out, which was annoying and inconvenient. All of this has me thinking twice about ordering from them again.
Deleted account, lost points and coupons
I can't believe that this company just went ahead and deleted my account without giving me a heads up! And on top of that, they had the nerve to accuse me of their own errors. I spent all day waiting for my order, only to learn that their driver had an emergency. No one bothered to reach out to me about this, and now they're trying to pin the blame on me for wanting a refund. I've always been a faithful customer, even a gold member, and this is how they decide to treat me? It's just unbelievable.
Online grocery shopping experience
I had a really bad experience with this online grocery shopping site not too long ago. I gave them all my info, but then I started having security problems that made me feel really uneasy. I started getting weird messages and saw some strange logins on my different accounts that were linked to the email I used for that service. It freaked me out and now I don't feel so good about trusting my personal info with online sites anymore.
event challenge entries
I think the challenges for customers to make videos and win points for future purchases are really unfair. Even though the rules say the products need to be shown in a recipe or story, they always end up choosing winners they know or are related to. It seems like they don't care about following their own rules at all! It's just totally unfair and fake, a complete fraud!
Filipino food selection
As a regular customer for over a year, I gotta say I'm super impressed with all the Filipino food options on this site. It can be tough to find legit Filipino groceries, but Weee always comes through with the freshest stuff. Whenever I'm in the mood for pandesal or need some hard-to-find ingredients for my adobo, I know I can rely on Weee. And their delivery is on point too! I live in New York and they always deliver my orders right on time. If you're all about convenience and authentic food, this is the place to go.
Grocery order
I just ordered groceries online and it was really great! The website was easy to use, I found everything I needed and didn't have any problems checking out. I liked that I could pick a delivery time that worked for me. The groceries I got were top-notch, fresh, and nicely packed. Coffee and snacks
I am totally in love with this place, but I just wish they had some fresh meat and produce around here. I've been telling my sister and a bunch of buddies about it. Their stuff is so awesome, they deliver super quickly, and they're always coming out with fun, new things to check out. I'm a huge fan of grabbing my coffee and snacks from this place. Hopefully, they'll start selling some fresh goodies and Kimchi in my area soon!
Fruits & Vegtable, Roast Duck
I was so happy with how fast Weee delivered my order the next day. The fruits and veggies were really good quality, and that roast duck looked so tasty. My friends told me good things about Weee, and now I see why - I'll definitely keep shopping there. Everything I got was fresh and yummy, and I'm super satisfied with my buy.
Recent order experience
I ordered something from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I am seriously not happy with how things have gone. I specifically asked them to delete my personal info more than two months ago, but they never did. And on top of that, they keep sending me stuff about promotions even though I have shown I am not interested at all.
Groceries
I'm really upset about the state of my order. Both of my boxes were damaged, some of my cold food items were warm, there were broken and bent bottles, a used pen in my package, and I even got the wrong item. This is just not okay and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

My experience with Weee has been amazing. I ordered some fresh fruits and snacks, and they arrived nicely packed and on time. My first time trying out this online grocery delivery service was amazing. My friend had recommended it to me, so I decided to give it a shot. I got free delivery because my order was over a certain amount and got a discount for being a first-time customer. The whole process went smoothly, from choosing what I wanted to actually placing the order. The items showed up on time and everything was right. I was really happy with how well the frozen stuff was still frozen when it got to me. I'm super satisfied with how it all went down and will definitely use this service again, especially for getting specific Filipino foods.
Overpriced hot dogs
I bought something called Harbin sausage, but it turned out to be just 2 hot dogs that cost $13.95. The ad made it seem like they were bigger, but they were just regular size. I contacted customer service to get a refund, but they said they sell by quantity, not size. I feel like I got ripped off and I won't be buying from them again.
Grocery order
I recently placed an order for groceries through this service, and even though the items were good quality, I was really frustrated with the delivery process. They told me my order would be delivered between noon and 3pm, but at noon the app still said they were getting it ready to ship. I started thinking there might be a delay, so I had to cancel my evening plans and just hang out waiting for the delivery. To make things worse, by 4pm my order hadn't shown up, and the app said it wouldn't come until between 7pm and 10pm. It felt like the old days of waiting for a UPS delivery driver to show up at the door for a signature.
Overpriced items from sellers
I gotta say, the delivery service is awesome! I love getting my stuff early. But man, let me tell you, I'm not a fan of some of those 3rd party sellers. Ichigo and Tokyo Mall? Ugh, they're the worst. Their prices are crazy high and don't even get me started on their shipping fees. Paying $100 for tiny things that are already too pricey by $5-10 compared to other sellers? No way, not worth it at all.
Non-food item delivery
I was so annoyed when I saw that I had to pay 5 bucks for delivery on a $13 non-food item. And to top it off, they actually had the nerve to recommend a tip during checkout. Are you kidding me? Tipping for self-service is already crazy. It's just getting ridiculous how you're expected to tip everywhere nowadays. Customers shouldn't have to cover employee wages, and tips should really only be for outstanding service.
Meat in broth order
I recently bought some meat in broth, and I was really bummed out by the whole experience. The packaging wasn't sealed right, so it spilled all over the place and made a huge mess in my kitchen. It was a total hassle, and now I'm a little skeptical about ordering from that service again. I'd suggest going to a local store instead for better quality stuff and packaging.
