Deleted account, lost points and coupons
I can't believe that this company just went ahead and deleted my account without giving me a heads up! And on top of that, they had the nerve to accuse me of their own errors. I spent all day waiting for my order, only to learn that their driver had an emergency. No one bothered to reach out to me about this, and now they're trying to pin the blame on me for wanting a refund. I've always been a faithful customer, even a gold member, and this is how they decide to treat me? It's just unbelievable.

Cool wallpaper
I found this really awesome wallpaper on this site and it was amazing! The service was really fast and the wallpaper is such good quality. The only downside was that we couldn't return some extra rolls since our decorator took forever, but oh well, that's how it goes.
