Puppy training program
The program over at TrainPetDog has really been a lifesaver when it comes to dealing with my stubborn little pup. The advice they give is spot on and personalized for what I need, and I've already seen a big difference in just one week. Being a newbie at this whole puppy ownership thing, I'm grateful for the help and encouragement I've gotten from the trainers. I'm excited to keep going with the program and learn how to be the best puppy parent I can be.

Supercross shoes
I bought some Supercross shoes straight from the company, and after just 7 months of wearing them normally, both shoes split at the toe. I contacted the company to try and get it fixed under warranty, but they said nope. They gave me a bunch of "we're sorry" and excuses, basically telling me tough luck. They talk about how great their stuff is, but when it actually messes up, they don't want to do anything about it. And the funniest part was when they said my satisfaction is their top priority - I had a good laugh at that.

Big skillet
My folks got this huge skillet about a year back, but it went south pretty fast. It was great at first - we could whip up eggs and pancakes with no trouble. But then, after like 3 months, everything started to stick! Cleaning it was a pain, even when I used medium heat. I wouldn't bother getting another pan like this. It was too expensive for something that doesn't do the job right.

Food Processor Purchase
I recently bought a food processor to replace my old one from the same brand. I was bummed to see that the new model just wasn't cutting it. Even though I tried troubleshooting, the processor just didn't work like it should, making it a pain to use. I reached out to customer service a few times, but all I got were unhelpful emails - no chance to talk to a real person. They suggested cutting the food into smaller pieces, which I had already tried with no luck. I explained this, but still didn't get any more help, and my case was closed without a fix. Gotta say, this whole ordeal has really left a bad taste in my mouth as a customer, especially considering how much I dropped on this product.

Two sneakers
I just bought two pairs of sneakers from the store. I placed the order on February 4th and got them about two weeks later. However, they ended up being too small for me. It was hard to find the right size since they don't have half sizes. I read some reviews and sized up like they suggested, but the shoes were still too tight.
