Contact lens purchase
I recently bought some contact lenses, and I gotta say, the customer service was pretty disappointing. The answers I got didn't really do it for me, and I wasn't happy with how my questions were dealt with. Emailing back and forth was fine, but it took longer than I thought to hear back. Plus, the shipping of my order took forever. I decided to try another website after the Lensweets mishap, and to my surprise, I got my order way quicker.

Delayed package, gender confusion
Don't bother dealing with this company, seriously. I placed an order ages ago and still haven't gotten my stuff. And get this - I saw a dude modeling women's clothes on their site. Talk about mixed up priorities. It's pretty clear they're more about looking inclusive than making their customers happy. Such a disappointment. I'm not gonna give them any more of my money, that's for sure.
