iPhone 12 purchase
This was actually my second time getting an iPhone from Back Market, and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how good the phone is and the awesome service I got. The iPhone 12 I bought was supposed to be in "very good condition," but honestly, it was more like "perfect." It totally blew me away and I am beyond happy with my buy. Back Market really came through as a solid place to get refurbished electronics.

Tomato seeds purchase
I bought some tomato seeds from this store not too long ago, but I was kind of bummed because they didn't grow as well as I hoped. I used fresh seeds and did everything right when I planted them, but some of the types just didn't sprout like they should have. It's a bummer because I've had better luck with these same kinds of seeds from different places before.

Killer clothes
I got some really cool clothes from this site, but they came all messed up when they showed up! The zipper was broken, holes all over the place, and they looked like they'd been through a war. When I tried to get my money back, they wanted me to send it back and pay a fee! What a rip off, dude. I'd rather just go to a regular thrift store, way better stuff there!

Blendtec purchase experience
I bought a blender from this company about 6 1/2 years ago and it worked fine at first. But then the blade on the first can had an issue, which was easy to swap out. Recently, the second can cracked from wear and tear, and when I contacted the folks in Sweden, they said the warranty was only for 12 months, way shorter than what the company advertises. When I contacted Blendtec US, they didn't really care and just pointed fingers at the agent's warranty policy. It's pretty ridiculous to have warranties based on where you live, especially when everyone's paying the same price. Now I'm stuck with a broken blender and the choice of either retiring it or shelling out a lot of money for a new can, which feels like rewarding Blendtec for acting shady. There are plenty of other blender brands out there that don't pull this kind of stuff.

Once I made a payment, I quickly got an excel sheet and barcodes in EPS and JPEG formats. Downloading the files was a breeze, so I was able to start using them right away. I've happily told several co-workers about this service and now they're using it too.

Olivia Rib Tank in pomegranate and Avocado
I originally liked this company because they focus on being organic and open about their practices, plus their designs are super cute. But, my enthusiasm kinda went downhill when I finally got my order after waiting almost a month, and it was only half of what I ordered. The tanks I got varied in quality, from the stitching to the sizing, which was a bummer. Dealing with their return policy was also a headache because by the time I got my order, it was too late to send anything back. All in all, my time with this company was pretty disappointing.

Incorrect items received
I recently bought some stuff from this company and sadly got two wrong items in my package. It was really annoying because I had to keep calling up customer service for like 2 weeks before they finally sent me a return label. Even though they said they had the right email, it took forever to get that label. The stuff I sent back has just been chilling in their warehouse for almost 5 weeks now and still no refund. The customer service folks were nice, but the whole thing was a letdown because of the warehouse screw-ups.

Land Rover parts
I've bought Land Rover parts from this company a bunch of times in the past, and every time I've been happy with the whole process. They always get my orders right and ship them out quickly, which is super important for me since I need those parts for my car.
