I bought two necklaces and I really liked how delicate and subtle they look. I'm grateful for the explanation about Rosegold not being available anymore, but I'm hopeful they'll bring it back later on. Even though silver and gold colors aren't as trendy, I still really enjoy the design and the service overall.

I bought some V-neck t-shirts from this store not too long ago, and I'm kind of bummed because after only a few times in the wash, I already see some splitting at the edges of the V. It's a bit disappointing because I was hoping for better quality. The shirts look and feel great, but they don't seem to be holding up very well.

I really like the design of the joggers and shorts - they fit great and the fabric is super comfortable. But, the cord ties on both of them are too short and kinda disappointing. I'm always having to replace them because they keep getting lost, which is annoying. It's too bad that this issue takes away from an otherwise enjoyable experience with these products.

I originally liked this company because they focus on being organic and open about their practices, plus their designs are super cute. But, my enthusiasm kinda went downhill when I finally got my order after waiting almost a month, and it was only half of what I ordered. The tanks I got varied in quality, from the stitching to the sizing, which was a bummer. Dealing with their return policy was also a headache because by the time I got my order, it was too late to send anything back. All in all, my time with this company was pretty disappointing.

Faulty phone purchase
I got a messed-up phone from this seller. The charger wasn't working right from the start, which is a pretty obvious problem that they should've noticed in their "super thorough" inspection. I tried to work it out with them, but they wouldn't cover the cost to send it back, so I ended up losing money because of their error. And to top it off, when I left a negative review on eBay, they somehow got it taken down after I waited a whole month for a response. This sketchy move makes me doubt the credibility of their so-called good feedback on eBay.
