Better than "fair" — then a nightmare to resolve

BackMarket’s response was basically that because I bought a phone described as fair, this condition was acceptable. They ignored the fact the phone left with only a mic problem. They won’t fix it or offer a proper refund. I like the idea of refurbished gadgets and was happy at first, but their returns handling was so bad I’m considering legal options.
