Bracelet purchase
My wife and I just bought a bracelet from this company, but it turns out we got the wrong size. So we reached out to customer service and this lady named Greta helped us out. Greta was super nice and really helpful, she was able to fix our order right away before it got shipped. We were really impressed with how professional and dedicated she was to making sure we were happy with our purchase.
Cool clothes
Oh my gosh, I got the most awesome clothes from this website! I decided to order two sizes to be safe and it was really easy to do. The delivery was crazy fast and the quality is top-notch. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Necklace arrived broken
I got a necklace from my mom for my birthday, but when it showed up, it was broken. I was pretty bummed about it, but this guy Tom over in customer service really came through. I got this really amazing dress and it was awesome! It looked just like the pictures online and fit me perfectly. But my favorite part was when they contacted me to say my package might be late, even though it came the next day. So cool!
