Express shipping sign order
I'm really upset with the express shipping service I paid for a sign I needed for an event. They never made or shipped the sign, even though I paid extra for it to be fast. It was a huge inconvenience and the lack of communication was not cool. Companies should live up to their promises, especially when you pay extra for fast service. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received.
