I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but all they send me are the same generic replies. It's really annoying and kind of sad to see lots of other people going through the same thing on social media.

Recent necklace purchase
I just bought a necklace from this company and honestly, I was pretty let down. The necklace didn't meet my expectations from the photos on the website. The chain felt weak and the pendant looked cheap. I was looking forward to a cool, fashionable piece, but what I got was pretty disappointing. On top of that, the packaging was not good and definitely didn't match the price I paid for the necklace.
