Trade account issues
I've had a lot of problems with this company's trade account, and I have to say, they're total scammers. My credit limit was approved by a third-party company, then they turned around and changed it the next day without even telling me why. That kind of shady stuff is not okay - they need to be more transparent. It's really disappointing to see a business act so dishonestly.
Unacceptable treatment
This company is just awful. They ended up sending bailiffs after me, even though I was trying to work with them on making monthly payments, they weren't having it. Even after I paid off the debt, and then some, they still said I owed money. I tried reaching out to them by email several times, but they never got back to me. It's crazy that they sent bailiffs after me a second time, especially since I had already taken care of the debt. The only good thing was that the bailiff who showed up at my house actually agreed that the way this company was acting was not cool.

I totally forgot that I signed up for this service until I got a surprise order. The folks at Creoate were super nice when they contacted me about it.
