I was in a rush and needed a quick response, and Fassal came through. Their service was fast and the information they gave me was really helpful. I liked that they understood how urgent it was and didn't waste any time. All in all, I was happy with how everything went.

I've had a lot of problems with this company's trade account, and I have to say, they're total scammers. My credit limit was approved by a third-party company, then they turned around and changed it the next day without even telling me why. Unacceptable treatment
This company is just awful. They ended up sending bailiffs after me, even though I was trying to work with them on making monthly payments, they weren't having it. Even after I paid off the debt, and then some, they still said I owed money. I tried reaching out to them by email several times, but they never got back to me. It's crazy that they sent bailiffs after me a second time, especially since I had already taken care of the debt. The only good thing was that the bailiff who showed up at my house actually agreed that the way this company was acting was not cool.
