the signup felt fine, kind of straightforward. But once the money was through, communication just… evaporated. It’s a weird feeling, like you’ve paid for a table and then the organizers stop answering your texts. I found myself emailing and pinging the account guy more than I’d like to admit. A message finally showed up a couple weeks after the show, but only because I booked a call through his Calendly — otherwise, no idea when someone would’ve bothered. That call got postponed, then cancelled, and I later learned the rep had actually left the company without anyone telling me. Not great. After more follow-ups I did eventually get a slice of the trade-show data and a couple of tentative leads (so the event wasn’t totally useless), but it took too much pushing to get there. The platform itself works okay and the dashboard is decent, but the people side needs work — transparency and steady contact. Bottom line: frustrated by the process, mildly relieved by the small results I eventually salvaged. I’d use them again with lower expectations and a lot more backup communication on my end.
Left hanging after paying for a trade show
I first noticed the June trade-show invite in our Creoate dashboard and a coworker even said “give it a shot,” which is why we went for it. To be honest we were already skeptical — we’ve been selling on the site for years and boosting listings hardly moved the needle — but the account manager sounded convincing, said it would help visibility, so we paid the fee. That’s when things went sideways. Right after payment, communication dropped to basically zero. I had to chase them, not once but repeatedly. Two weeks went by after the show and I finally got a reply only because I booked a meeting via his Calendly link — otherwise nothing. Then he said the trade-show data wasn’t ready, asked to meet next Monday. Monday came and the meeting was canceled and, surprise, the manager no longer worked there. No one told us. No email, no call, nothing. I reached out to the new contact listed for our account and I’m still waiting. So my initial doubts? Largely confirmed, unfortunately — they promised support, didn’t deliver it, and we paid for something we never saw the value from. It’s frustrating and, yeah, a little disheartening. I wanted this to help our small shop but the lack of follow-through left me feeling ignored. Not outright hostile, just really unprofessional and disappointing.
Six months in, still no traction
calls, follow-ups, and a fair bit of back-and-forth email. After that I spent another couple hours per session getting images and descriptions right, so it wasn’t short work. Still, after more than half a year I’ve only had around fifty-something views and literally zero sales, no likes, no enquiries. That’s the hard fact that left me puzzled and annoyed.
Half good, mostly messy
good product when it arrives, messy process getting there. Not a disaster, but far from seamless.
Not great, not a total disaster
I was staring at the tracking page when I realized how much time had already gone by — that’s where this really started. A fellow shop owner tipped me off to Creoate’s range, said it was worth a look for a small Maine store like mine. I liked the selection and put in two orders within a week, over $6k cost to me. I should have listened to the little red flags — pre-order questions that went unanswered — but I went ahead anyway.
Quietly underwhelmed but not totally done
I started putting things on Creoate back in October and it felt like assembling a jigsaw without the picture on the box. I listed about 20 styles, each with multiple sizes, and I did it in batches over several weeks — not all at once — because I wanted to stagger things. The actual tooling for uploading is fine once you get the hang of it: fields are predictable, images upload okay, and the editor behaves. It doesn’t feel fancy, just functional. That was one of the few parts that didn’t annoy me. The thing that took time was the onboarding: a handful of virtual meetings, a bunch of emails, and more fiddling than I expected. It dragged out over a week and then I still had 2–3 hours of cleanup work after that to make sure listings looked right. So, first impression = useful but slow.
I started using it because I make handcrafted leather summer shoes in India and I was aiming for UK wholesale buyers. That context matters — I needed visibility for a seasonal product and timing was important. From October through mid-May I’ve had 56 views total, zero sales, no messages, no likes. That’s not a typo. For a platform that promised reach, that number is flat. I chased support multiple times: emails, live chat, even a scheduled face-to-face that turned into someone else saying “she’s not available” and promising a follow-up email that never came. After another month of nudging, someone offered to promote my listings if I applied a 20% discount. I did that, figured fine — try it — and still nothing changed.
So the user experience feels like: the dashboard and listing tools are okay, the workflow is straightforward, but the promotional/visibility side seems absent for small sellers. No seasonal push, no spotlight for new makers, and minimal proactive help. That was the real issue for me. I put time into product photography, sizing, and even promoted on social media, hoping the platform’s audience would pick up the slack. Didn’t happen.
That said, I’m not saying the product is useless. The commission structure is reasonable and the platform layout is tidy. If you’re low-key, have other channels, or don’t depend on quick exposure, the tools will do the job. My mood shifted a little from outright frustration to begrudging acceptance: it can host a catalog reliably, but don’t expect much marketing muscle unless you have volume or luck. Right now I’m leaning toward closing the shop, but I’m keeping a record of all communications first — just in case refunds or closures get tricky. So, practical takeaways: good backend for listings, poor support and promotion for small seasonal sellers. If you’re a tiny team, think twice; if you just want a stable place to list and don’t rely on platform-driven sales, it’s workable.Quick response needed
I was in a rush and needed a quick response, and Fassal came through. Their service was fast and the information they gave me was really helpful. I liked that they understood how urgent it was and didn't waste any time. All in all, I was happy with how everything went.
Issue Resolution Assistance
Fassel was incredible! He really saved the day by helping me finally resolve an issue I've been struggling with for two whole months. My supplier was ignoring me and my representative had left the company, so I was really stuck on how to fix the problem. But Fassel took care of everything in just one conversation - he was so efficient!

I got some helpful advice from Fassal about it, but I'm still waiting three whole days for them to come pick up the parcel.

Quick and efficient customer service
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Ryan, the customer service rep who helped me out. He really knew his stuff and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I had a bunch of questions about the product and delivery, and he handled them all with ease. It was really reassuring to talk to someone so helpful and informed. Thanks, Ryan!
Chat advisor help, order fulfillment, patient and gracious service
I just wanted to share about the great experience I had chatting with an advisor on this platform. The person helping me out was named Fassal, and they seriously went above and beyond to help me with my order issues. Fassal was so patient, listened carefully, and made sure all three problems were sorted out. They really took the time to address all my concerns and make things right. Thanks to Fassal, I felt really happy and pleased with how everything turned out.
Quick payment method change assistance
I recently had a problem trying to update my payment info on my account and was having a hard time fixing it. Thankfully, Fassal from customer service helped me out big time through Livechat. He stuck with me for over thirty minutes, patiently working to get everything sorted out. I really appreciate his commitment and quick response in fixing my problem.
Trade account issues
I've had a lot of problems with this company's trade account, and I have to say, they're total scammers. My credit limit was approved by a third-party company, then they turned around and changed it the next day without even telling me why. That kind of shady stuff is not okay - they need to be more transparent. It's really disappointing to see a business act so dishonestly.
Unacceptable treatment
This company is just awful. They ended up sending bailiffs after me, even though I was trying to work with them on making monthly payments, they weren't having it. Even after I paid off the debt, and then some, they still said I owed money. I tried reaching out to them by email several times, but they never got back to me. It's crazy that they sent bailiffs after me a second time, especially since I had already taken care of the debt. The only good thing was that the bailiff who showed up at my house actually agreed that the way this company was acting was not cool.
Surprised by Unexpected Order
I totally forgot that I signed up for this service until I got a surprise order. The folks at Creoate were super nice when they contacted me about it. They accidentally gave me some extra credit, but they quickly followed up to get it back. Huge shoutout to Elizabeth DiFoire for her outstanding service!

I ran into a little problem while I was shopping, but Fassal took care of it right away and was super respectful about it. I'm so thankful for the amazing service I got at this store, all thanks to Fassal.
