The other day, I had a problem with a delivery driver not showing up, but Farfetch quickly fixed the issue. That kind of service is why I keep going back to Farfetch over and over. I've been with them since the beginning, and I can honestly say they always come through with timely and satisfying solutions to any issues. Farfetch makes getting EU fashion easy and fast. Express delivery option
I was really let down by my recent experience with this company. I thought I was getting express delivery for my order, but it turns out that wasn't an option after all. The lack of clear communication about this really got to me. When I tried to reach out to customer service through live chat for help, the responses just felt so robotic and not helpful at all. The 7-day delivery timeline they promised passed without any updates on my order, and then I found out it hadn't even been sent yet. The automated email responses just made me more frustrated by sending me in circles without giving me any real answers. Honestly, I don't plan on shopping with this company again because of their bad service and poor communication.
