I have been a client of Farfetch for several years now and overall, I have had a very positive experience with the company. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I just had to this time after my experience with Farfetch. I always thought Farfetch was great for fashion stuff, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have a ton of furniture options. Shipping furniture, especially fancy European stuff, to where I live can be super pricey because of timing and weight issues, not to mention designer pieces costing even more. But with Farfetch, I got free shipping because of how much I spent, and there were no surprise charges like I was worried about. My order came quickly, was packaged well, and the service was top-notch, just like I expected from Farfetch. I'm so happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be checking out Farfetch for future home stuff too.

My recent shopping experience with Farfetch was really good. The customer service was amazing - super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The delivery came right on time and everything was packed nicely, though the Dries Van Noten box got a little banged up in transit. I found the app easy to use, especially the size guide and the alerts for items that came back in stock. Being a platinum user, I got some nice discounts and perks. My only suggestion would be to let users save more than 100 items on their wishlist. But all in all, I had a great time shopping with Farfetch.

Got cool shoes
I snagged these awesome shoes from Farfetch and they got here real quick, even though they had to make the journey across the pond. The shoes were in great condition, still in the box with a fancy dust bag. And get this - they were way cheaper than buying them in-store! I had to send one pair back because they didn't fit quite right, but keeping the other pair was a piece of cake. Just so you know, you don't actually have a full 14 days to make a return. You gotta hustle to get it back to them on time. But all in all, the return process was super easy.

I treated myself to this really nice, oversized luxury shirt, but when it finally came, it was just stuffed in a flimsy plastic bag like it was no big deal. I mean, c'mon, for the price I paid I was hoping for a little something extra, like some tissue paper and maybe a personal touch to make it feel special. Farfetch, you gotta do better than this!
