Online order for a dress
I ordered this dress online, but it never showed up. And goodness, dealing with customer service to get my money back has been a nightmare. It's been 8 weeks, I've sent 10 emails, made 3 phone calls, and still no refund in sight. They keep telling me they're waiting for the green light, whatever that means. It's just so disappointing to see a big company like this drop the ball on customer service. Was starting to think I had fallen for a scam, to be honest.

My recent purchase
I was really looking forward to getting my order quickly, you know, since I paid extra for priority processing and all. But it ended up taking a whole 7 business days to actually arrive here in the US. The good news is that the product was exactly what I wanted, fit perfectly, and was definitely the real deal. But man, the slow processing and shipping time was a bit of a letdown. I was expecting it to show up sooner, and instead, I had to wait like a whole week or more. Even though this time wasn't the best, I've shopped with them before and will probably do it again in the future. Just gotta keep in mind that it might take longer to get my stuff next time.

Shady payout practices
Selling my clothes turned into a total nightmare. I sent in a clean out kit with really nice clothes, thinking I'd make a good amount of money. But I was shocked by how little they paid me and the crazy high shipping and handling fees. I sold 13 items, but after the $25 fee, I only got less than $2. It's insane that they're making a fortune off my stuff and I'm left with almost nothing. And if I want my unsold clothes back, they want me to pay even more money. It's all just a big scam.

Car rental transfer experience
I just used a car rental service for a ride I booked online and man, was it a letdown. The transfer price they advertised wasn't accurate at all, and on top of that, they hit me with extra charges when I went to pick up the car that they didn't mention when I booked online. The car they gave me was old, rode rough, and didn't even have a seat belt in the back middle seat. I thought I'd get straight-up pricing and a decent car, but that wasn't the case here. If you're looking for a car rental company, I'd recommend going with someone else to avoid the same kind of problems.
