I reached out asking for some dust bags, but never heard back from them. So, I'm giving them just 1 star for dropping the ball. Next time, I'll just ask in person at the store.

Online order mishap
I just had a really annoying online shopping experience where the customer service was pretty much useless. I tried to contact them a bunch of times, but I could only communicate with them through email, no phone number for help. They sent my package to the wrong address, and when I asked about it, they just said I should have updated my info. Like, hello, how can I do that if you don't give me a way to talk to you directly? The customer service team was just so unresponsive and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. I was left feeling really let down and frustrated. Hopefully, I never have to deal with that again.

Pickup order cancelled multiple times
Ordering from Walmart has been a total nightmare for me. I tried to do a simple pickup order three times, and each time Walmart mysteriously canceled it. They just couldn't wrap their heads around the fact that I actually wanted to buy something as a loyal customer. And to make things even worse, they reset my password not once, but twice, thinking someone else was trying to get into my account - so frustrating! The only "help" I could get was from a chatbot that kept dishing out useless, canned responses that did nothing to fix my real problem. It's just so disappointing that I can't even place an order through my Walmart account because of their messed up security that flags legit purchases as fraudulent and leaves me stuck with no solution.

Battery-powered blanket purchase
I got this battery-powered blanket back in December, but it didn't show up until January because it was on backorder. When it finally arrived, it had this strong Tide smell and just didn't work right. Dealing with customer service was a total headache - I had to send so many emails and even had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Then, out of nowhere in March, they sent me another blanket and said it was my order, even though they already gave me a refund. Their whole communication and handling of the situation was all over the place and super annoying.

I always thought Farfetch was great for fashion stuff, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have a ton of furniture options. But with Farfetch, I got free shipping because of how much I spent, and there were no surprise charges like I was worried about.
