I recently purchased a used computer from Discount Electronics and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and the staff were very helpful whenever I had questions. The selection of computers and laptops they offer is impressive, as well as their monitors. They had a variety of brands to choose from which made finding exactly what I was looking for easy. The pricing was also quite reasonable especially considering the quality of the products on offer. When I arrived at their store, the staff were welcoming and provided me with all necessary information about each system that might be of interest to me. Their technical knowledge was impressive, too! The sales process wasn't pushy or obtrusive like it can be in some other stores - I felt comfortable browsing on my own until I received assistance when needed. Overall, my buying experience at Discount Electronics met all expectations; fantastic product selection coupled with exceptional customer service ensured that happy customers will return again & again!
