Recent order issue
As someone who's been shopping on this website for a long time, I've never had any big issues with my orders until now. My latest one got messed up because they got the address wrong. It's been over a week and I still haven't gotten it, which is pretty disappointing. I've tried emailing them a bunch of times, but they're taking forever to get back to me. It feels like they're ignoring me completely, which isn't what I'm used to from them. Shipping is usually fast here in the Netherlands, so this delay is extra frustrating. I really hope they fix this soon by giving me my money back or making sure I finally get my stuff, like they've always done before.

I had a really good time shopping at that store. Eve Ellenbogen, the staff member, was super helpful and really listened to what I needed. She helped me pick out the perfect laptop. She knew her stuff and took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It felt like she really cared about finding the right laptop for me. I'm grateful for her excellent customer service.

Couch covers and custom sham covers
I recently got myself 2 couch covers and 6 custom sham covers, and I gotta say, the fabric quality is top-notch. The prices are reasonable, and even after throwing them in the wash on sanitize mode with high heat and spin, they held up like a champ. The fabric has actually gotten softer and cozier with time, and the colors haven't faded one bit. When I had a little hiccup with the fit of one of the shams, the customer service team was fantastic. They worked with me to come up with a new design that fit perfectly. Compared to other linen brands I've tried, Magic Linen is definitely a step above in terms of quality, color longevity, and customer service.

Subscription rates, library selection, and listening speed options
I was really happy with how cheap the subscription rates were for this service compared to Audible and other similar ones. The library had a good amount of options, with different genres and titles to pick from. What I liked the most was being able to change the listening speed, so I could listen the way I wanted to. Overall, I thought this service was just as good as Audible, but more affordable.
