    Engaging activities with some inaccuracies

    I bought a set of activities from this company recently, and though the content was good, I wasn't happy with the print quality. On the color by words sheet, some words were overlapping and there were inconsistencies in word spacing. Also, I noticed that the hidden sight words had American spellings in the UK version, which was a little strange. I think if they fix these issues, it would be worth recommending, but right now, it seems too expensive for the quality.

    My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I ordered some clothes and accessories, and out of nowhere, the order got canceled with no explanation. The lack of communication and professionalism was really disappointing. It felt like I was dealing with a small, unorganized operation rather than a real business. I expect things to be reliable and efficient as a customer, and this company fell short in both areas. I got the items as a gift, which just added to the frustration. It's pretty crazy that a company this big can't even manage their inventory properly. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    So, I ordered some things I needed and they were all like, "order more for free shipping," so I did. But then they were all like, "give us more money or we'll cancel your order," which was really annoying. I mean, why even offer free shipping if you're just going to ask for more money later? Ugh, never going back there again, like ever.

    I just bought a bunch of stuff from this place and it was pretty awesome. Everything went smoothly, but one time I got something too small. The customer service team was super helpful though. They let me return it without any problems and even gave me a new one for free. I ended up giving the small one to someone who could use it. I really appreciate Fitville's team for being so helpful.

    Easy online order, included chocolates, great customer service

    I ordered some flowers online the other day and decided to throw in some chocolates. Well, turns out the chocolates I wanted were all sold out and I got a call about it later that day. They let me know they could swap them out for something else. I thought that was really great service and I was happy they reached out to me about it.

    Skin care products

    I used to love the skin care products I bought because they were really good, but lately, something has definitely gone downhill. The face cream looks and feels different than before, and it's definitely not agreeing with my skin - it's making it even drier and causing allergies. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on these products from this brand.

    I tried this beauty product, and I gotta say, it was a total letdown. I slapped it on just once, and then bam, my neck and chest were covered in nasty bumps. Not only did it look bad, but it also felt pretty uncomfortable. I was really counting on this product to work, but man, was I wrong. I'd advise folks to watch out for possible reactions before giving it a go.

    Two purchases - Nikon D5500 and Nikon D3400

    I got two cameras from this place, and they were both in great condition. The first one broke because I accidentally dropped it (whoops), but the second one worked just fine. I traded in my old camera, and they actually gave me more money because I still had the original packaging and neck strap. That was really cool and fair of them. I'll definitely be buying from them again and recommending to my friends.

    GRE Test Preparation

    Magoosh is really great for getting ready for the GRE. Don't bother with other study stuff, Magoosh has everything you need to crush the test. The lessons are awesome and there's tons of practice stuff. They've got practice tests, score predictors, you name it. My experience with Magoosh was amazing and totally worth the money.

    Expensive shipping, delays in production

    I ordered from this place twice now and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare both times. I shelled out extra cash for expedited shipping, only for my order to be delayed because of production problems. My stuff showed up late each time and it was not cool. They did refund the shipping costs, but that doesn't make up for all the hassle and annoyance.

    The way they handle inventory control here is just a joke. I had to put up with some really rude and discriminatory customer service people, and to add to that, the items I ordered were supposedly in stock but took a whole month to arrive. Then, when I called to check on my order, the person at the call center actually made some racist comments about my English skills. It was just really gross behavior.

    Wedding rings and sapphire bracelet

    We bought our wedding rings and a sapphire bracelet from them. The quality of all the items was amazing, and they delivered them really quickly. When my ring ended up being too small, they resized it and sent it back to me in just a week. They even upgraded the sapphires in my ring to Heirloom at the same time. In one word - outstanding!

    One-light photography tutorial

    I just bought the one-light photography tutorial from Joel Grimes Photography and I gotta say, it was definitely worth it. I'm just starting out as a photographer, so I wanted to ease into things with a basic setup before getting into more advanced lighting techniques. The tutorials were really interesting and easy to follow, presented in a way that was clear and to the point. Even though I didn't have a person to practice on, I used my cat (who surprisingly wasn't very patient about it). Joel Grimes himself seems really friendly and knowledgeable, which made the learning experience fun. I definitely recommend investing in educational resources like this tutorial instead of always buying new gear.

    Non-customized dress purchase

    I just bought a dress from a specific anime store with my measurements. I decided to get insurance for the dress but skipped the shipping insurance. To my surprise, I got a tracking number and received the dress in a little over 2 weeks. The dress itself was made of good fabric and fit me perfectly, even the coat had shoulder pads. The tie wasn't exactly like the picture, but they threw in some extra hair pieces which was a nice surprise. There were a few loose threads, but they were easy to fix. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality and workmanship of the dress, especially considering the price.

    I just got this Kegel trainer from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. I was actually one of the Kickstarter backers, so I knew there might be some delays with shipping. They did give us a heads up about it, but some folks were still not too happy about waiting. Personally, I've backed other projects before, so I had faith that it would all work out in the end – and it did!

    I just got my third Soundboks speaker and I am totally hooked! They are perfect for our beach and boat hangouts in Hawaii. These speakers are tough as nails and the sound is unbeatable. I've never heard such strong sound from a portable speaker before. Plus, when I needed some help, I talked to Nicholas from customer service and he was fantastic. He fixed my issue in no time. I am beyond happy with my Soundboks speakers. Even though I already own two Soundboks 4 speakers, I can't wait for the S5 to come out!

    Purchased a flight ticket

    I recently booked a flight with this company, and three days before my trip, I received an email saying that the flight was canceled and they offered a refund. I freaked out and end up booking a more expensive flight with another company. However, the next day I got another email saying that the flight was actually not canceled and I couldn't get a refund. When I reached out to customer service for help, they said they couldn't do anything since the flight was still on. The way they treated me was so bad. I won't be using this company again for sure. Just a heads up to anyone considering them.

    Hydrating face tonic purchase

    I tried out the hydrating face tonic and I gotta say, it really did the job when it came to keeping my skin hydrated. But man, the fact that it didn't have a dosing cap made it a pain to use because so much product ended up going to waste. Even though the bottle was pretty big, I ended up using it up way faster than expected because of all the spillage. It was kind of a bummer especially considering how much it cost. I bought it online and had no issues with ordering or getting it delivered. Overall, I have some mixed feelings about this product.

    As a GoImagine customer, I have to say I'm really happy with how they focus on handmade products and their dedication to helping kids in need. But, I've noticed that I'm not getting a lot of customers or sales on my own. I appreciate the help from the platform, but it's kind of worrying that most of my sales come from me bringing in my own customers. Even though they've featured me in events and promotions, I haven't seen much of a boost in sales from new customers. It makes me wonder if their efforts to drive traffic and increase sales are really working.

    Talentless always comes through, both with their products and their service. I've bought from them multiple times and every time, they impress me with how quickly they process and ship my order. I live in the UK and was amazed when I ordered on May 29th and got my stuff on June 5th. Now that's fast! Plus, when there was a problem with the stitching on one of my items, they fixed it right away by sending me a new one after I sent them a quick email with a photo. It's great to see a company that really cares about their customers and makes sure they're happy. I don't know what others experienced, but my time with Talentless has been nothing but awesome.

    High customs tax

    Watch out for the high customs tax for customers outside of the US, like $125USD to the Philippines. If you need to return or reject your order, you'll have to pay the customs tax and return shipping fee. Keep in mind that there won't be any refunds if you reject your order via UPS. This comparison to UNBOUND MERINO, who didn't charge customs tax, shows a problem with how the orders are invoiced.

    I ordered two delicious cakes as a Thanksgiving gift, but they didn't show up on time like they were supposed to. Luckily, the folks in customer service were really helpful and refunded all my money, even though it wasn't their fault that UPS dropped the ball.     I just bought a canvas print and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it turned out. The image was super clear and vibrant, making it a gorgeous piece to hang up at home. Only downside was the packaging - it wasn't all that protective. The canvas was just in a flimsy cardboard box with some Saran Wrap, and there was even a piece of tape stuck to the picture. Luckily, the canvas made it through shipping in one piece and the tape didn't mess up the image when I peeled it off. Despite that little hiccup, I'm thinking about ordering from them again because the canvas quality was definitely top-notch.

    Replacement bag mechanism

    I recently had some trouble with a lock on one of my bags, probably from it getting tossed around during travel. But when I contacted customer service, they really came through for me. Instead of just sending a new lock, they sent a whole new bag! I was super impressed by how much they care about making customers happy. The guy I talked to, Fred, was awesome. He made everything easy and quick. I never had to wait long for a reply to my emails either, which shows they're serious about fixing problems fast. Thanks to Fred and the team, I'm sticking with this brand for sure.

    Bracelet and gift packaging

    Received a damaged defective item and have reached out to the merchant multiple times over 30!days with no response. Cheaply made. False advertising on gift packaging. Ads and posts show typed notecard, I received blurred and illegible very bad handwritten note. Merchant advertises returns accepted particularly on damaged items. They send cheaply made products then don’t respond. The clasp on the bracelet doesn’t close at all and the bracelet falls off immediately. Working with my bank on refunding me for the item since they don’t conduct honorable business.
