Sizing finally proved it
I got the shoes, tried them on and they were tiny. I measured them against the size chart and yep, they were off. I called and messaged after two days and again later. No answer. The only moment I felt certain was when the tape measure proved the sizes were wrong.
Last-minute win
Worth it — they rushed my costume for no extra charge. I first found them via a friend who sent the link. I ordered on Feb 29 and it arrived Mar 16 for a Mar 21 party. Super responsive and solution-focused, though the fit needed a minor tweak and tracking updates were sparse.
Decent service, had to cancel
Overall I'd give them another shot, despite canceling my order. I ordered in mid-October for Halloween, but shipping wouldn't start until after the holiday so I pulled the plug. Customer support responded fast and even suggested a different costume that could ship earlier — which was a nice, unexpected touch. I'd consider them next year, really.
Costume-mixed bag
I ordered three costumes for a weekend of neighborhood trick-or-treating and a small cosplay meetup. One of them — surprisingly — worked out pretty well and actually looked decent under the streetlights, which was a relief. The other two were... not great. The usable one felt okay on: decent stretch, not too hot, seams didn’t rub, zipper behaved. The bad ones had issues you notice right away when you try them on. One mask had crooked eye holes and bunching at the nose, so it sat wrong and I couldn’t see properly. The other suit didn’t match the photos in color or detail, felt thinner and a bit plasticky, and the areas over the shoulders were stiff. I tried contacting customer service and it took days each time, with vague replies that didn’t solve anything. They offered a small refund after a long wait, which helped a little but came too late for the party. The return rules are fiddly — need permission, seven days, return shipping and restocking fee — annoying when they’re slow to reply and when getting stuff back to China is a pain. Bottom line: one happy costume saved the night, the rest were a hassle. I’m grateful at least one fit my plans, but overall the experience was mixed and a little frustrating.
Mixed bag but got there in the end
bot answers, no real help, I emailed twice asking for a refund and kept getting told I had to return the item — which I don’t have. After a few more messages a real person finally stepped in and issued the refund, so, shrug, persist and document everything.
Anime cosplay costume

Husband's cosplay outfit
I just bought a cosplay outfit for my husband from this company, and overall it was a pretty good experience. At first, I was a little unsure about placing the order because they only give partial refunds for returns. But after talking to PayPal and finding out about their buyer guarantee, I decided to go for it. I mostly talked to the company through WhatsApp, which was handy but sometimes tricky because of the time difference between the UK and China. Still, we managed to communicate well, and they even helped me out with a special request for an item that wasn't advertised. The stuff came in good quality, well-made, and just what we were hoping for. Just a heads up, you might have to pay customs fees when your delivery arrives, depending on your parcel insurance.
13 costume purchase

High-quality cosplay costumes for children
I was super happy with the cosplay costumes I got for my nephews' birthdays. The quality was top-notch, way better than what they usually wear from somewhere else. The sizes fit them perfectly, which was awesome since they're 7 and 9 and on the shorter side. The costumes were so well-made, you could tell they were crafted with care. Decent materials, expensive postage, broken zipper, unresponsive customer service
The materials they used for the cosplay item were okay, but honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. On top of that, the shipping cost to the UK ended up being twice as much as the actual item itself, which really bummed me out. And to make matters worse, the zipper broke the second time I tried to put it on, so basically, I couldn't even use the thing. I emailed customer service about the problem, but didn't hear back from them at all. All in all, my time dealing with this store was just not great, so I'd suggest really looking into things before buying from them.
Overpriced kid-sized costume
I bought a costume for a kid from this website, and I was really let down by how things turned out. I paid for insurance and fast delivery through DHL, but then also had to pay extra for VAT and customs fees when it was delivered. The total price ended up being nearly twice what I expected, which was pretty crazy. I felt like they tricked me with all these hidden costs, and now I don't think I'd suggest anyone else buy from there. The good reviews might not tell the whole story, because my experience was definitely not a good one.
