Sunglasses purchase
I recently bought a pair of sunglasses as a customer, and I gotta say, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I never got a receipt or confirmation after I placed the order, which was a bummer, but they didn't waste any time taking my money. The lack of communication and transparency really left a lot to be desired, especially from a company that's supposed to be reputable. When I reached out to them about the problem, they pretty much brushed me off and tried to blame me for feeling that way instead of owning up to their mistakes. And to top it all off, when the sunglasses finally showed up, they were damaged. I ended up giving them another shot and ordered another pair for my partner, but the same issues came up - no acknowledgment of the purchase, terrible communication, and this time, they wouldn't even cancel the order even though it hadn't been shipped yet.

Sketchy purchase
I ordered something online and didn't receive my e-ticket immediately. They ended up calling me, asking for more money, and changing my ticket. Then they told me they ran out of the item I originally purchased and requested more money. It was a complete mess! I wouldn't recommend using them!

Leather jacket, boots, and scarf
I randomly decided to check out this place and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way to assist me in finding exactly what I wanted. I left with a gorgeous leather jacket, some boots, and a super cozy scarf. The quality of their stuff is amazing and they have a wide range of styles to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back here for more shopping in the future.
