Early adopter, screen glitches, missed out on gift
My experience as an early adopter started off well, but then I started noticing a bunch of screen glitches. Then, when I had to stop using the product because of an injury, I found out that I couldn't get the early adopter's gift anymore because my membership was inactive. The fact that they didn't think about loyal customers like me and the ongoing technical problems have made me really second-guess backing this company.

I got a bunch of K-beauty products from this website and it was amazing! They shipped it really fast and everything arrived in great shape. The packaging was unique, like bubble wrap but made of paper. It felt like unwrapping a present! And they even added a nice thank you note, which was thoughtful. Custom signage for a fundraising event
I ordered some custom signage for a fundraising event to help spread the word and get more people to come. But, when the package arrived and I checked it out, the signs were all wrong and useless for our event. It was a big bummer since it not only messed things up but also could have affected how many folks showed up. The company did give me my money back for the mistake, but that doesn't make up for the missed chance to advertise our event. I was really let down by the whole ordeal and how it ended up hurting our event.

I gotta say, the sunglasses I bought here totally blew me away. I was pretty unsure about getting glasses online, especially from a fancy retailer like this. I've been burned before with fakes and low-quality stuff. But man, when my sunglasses showed up right on time, I was stoked. They were the real deal, top-notch quality and all. Disappointing Purchase
I was really bummed out by my recent shopping experience at that place. I ordered a bunch of stuff but only got part of it. The rest of my order was stuck waiting for the carrier and never actually got sent out from the warehouse. I emailed them twice with no response, then called customer service three times. Each time, I had to wait forever to talk to reps who I could barely understand. They promised me a refund for the missing items, but when it finally came through, it was missing the sales tax - which seems sketchy. I had to fight with my bank to get it sorted out. This company needs to own up to their shady practices.

The delivery came super quick, and the delivery guy was really nice and on top of their game. But man, the delivery fee was way too high, especially for just 2 miles away from my place. The food was mostly warm, so that was decent. And shoutout to them for not skimping on ketchup and napkins - seems like everyone forgets the basics these days.

So I ordered this tuxedo and bow tie set from this place, right? And guess what? They only sent me one set instead of two! And then they were all like, "We totally sent two sets, trust us." But, like, hello?! It's been forever and I still haven't gotten my other set! And, like, nobody even picks up the phone when you try to call them! And their email responses are like, super lame. I just wanted my bow tie set, man. Not cool, bro. I'm out 29.99 and still no bow ties. Ugh, worst customer service ever. Like, never ordering from them again. And I'm totally gonna tell all my friends to steer clear, too.

I just made a purchase and was totally surprised to see that I got hit with a $4.95 charge for a subscription I never signed up for. When I called customer service to ask about it, they were giving me the run-around with unclear answers and excuses. I left a message but still haven't heard anything back. This is not cool and I need this sorted out right away.

I am absolutely in love with the dresses from this company! I've bought from them two times now and both times I was really impressed by how well they packed and delivered the dresses. The quality of the clothing is outstanding, the lining is super comfy and made of really nice Indian/Pakistani cotton material. The way the dresses flow is just beautiful and they fit me perfectly - just make sure to check the sizing guide for each dress because they are all different. Even though their return policy isn't the greatest, I've never needed to return anything because I've absolutely adored every dress I've gotten. I hope they improve the policy for other folks, but I personally have to give this company 5 stars!

Really, has anyone else noticed how slow and expensive the shipping is? It's almost like they want to torture you while you wait for your stuff to show up. I ordered two lipsticks and thought $5.95 for shipping was fair, but boy was I wrong. It took a whopping 2 weeks for my package to go from their warehouse in CA to me in DC. That's just not cool nowadays. I got a shipping notification a day after I ordered, so I was pumped, but that excitement faded fast when I realized they use some strange shipping method that just drags things out even longer. And don't even get me started on the $19 priority shipping option - seriously? For two lipsticks? It's like they're taking advantage of our impatience. Take my word for it, save your cash and stick with regular shipping or USPS.

The service from this VPN provider was great in North America, but when we went to China for a month, we ran into some issues. Even with a local SIM card, the VPN had trouble connecting to a server because China Unicom was blocking all traffic from the provider. It became a big problem when we tried to use the VPN without Wi-Fi, like when we were in a taxi. This made it hard for us to use Google apps while we were there.
