Monthly recurring charge issue
I'm so fed up with this annoying $4.95 monthly charge that's been coming out of my account since January. I've tried calling customer service multiple times, but all I get is voicemail after voicemail. And when I emailed them, they said they had no idea about the charge. This whole situation is not okay - it feels like they're just trying to keep taking money from folks without them even realizing it. Are they really going to keep taking my money without offering any real service? Should we get some higher-ups involved to stop this shady charge? It's just not right to keep taking money from people without a good reason - figure out a better way to make your cash.
Unauthorized monthly charges
This company is a total scam! They've been sneakily charging my account $4.95 every month for the past few months, saying it's for some subscription I never even agreed to. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times to cancel and get my money back, but they're totally ignoring me and won't fix the problem. Deceptive billing practices
I recently bought something from this company and man, was I taken aback when I found out they were tricking folks into a $4.95 monthly fee after the first purchase. And when I tried to cancel, lemme tell ya, it was like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of them. This kind of shady business ain't just unethical, it's straight up against the law. People oughta know what they're getting into before they buy anything from these folks.

I ordered a jar opener on January 10, 2023, but I still haven't gotten it. I've sent several emails to the company, but only got one response saying it was on the way. I really need it for my arthritis and I saw that they charged my account right after I placed the order. This company seems sketchy and the BBB should check them out. I just want my money back.

I've never bought anything from your company, but I keep noticing these sketchy $4.95 charges on my credit card bill every month since June. It's really freaking me out and I'm not cool with it. I already called up my credit card company to look into it and take care of those charges. Customer info should be kept safe and fraud should never happen. One item that was cheap and did not last long
I was really bummed out by the product I got. It was super cheap and ended up breaking after just one day. Also, I noticed a random $4.95 charge on my bill that seems to be for some subscription I never even signed up for. I want that subscription canceled ASAP.

This website was so easy to use, I found the plug-in heater I needed with no problem. The whole process was super smooth. I had a few questions about my order and the customer service folks were great- they got back to me right away and helped me out with everything. The plug-in heater I got is awesome, it works perfectly and keeps me nice and toasty on those cold nights.
Mini camera purchase unauthorized VIP club charge
I just bought a mini camera online for $34.95. But when I checked my bank statement, I saw a $4.95 charge for a VIP club that I never said yes to. I'm not happy about this surprise charge and I want out of the VIP club right away. I already talked to customer service and gave them my order number (#191638). I hope they fix this problem fast.
