Travel backpack
I bought a travel backpack from this company recently, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the whole experience. Right from when I made my order, there were problems. The order number they gave me wasn't valid, and when I checked the tracking for my package, it was a Deutsche Post number, which didn't make sense since I bought it in the US. When I reached out to customer service about the mix-up with the shipping, I only got an automatic reply that assumed I wanted to return the bag, which wasn't true at all. The company's lack of clear communication and transparency left me feeling frustrated and like I'd been tricked. I recommend others to be careful before buying from this website.

Glasses purchase
Muukal has a great variety of frames to choose from, so it was easy for me to find a style that I really liked. It was also super convenient for me to upload my prescription, which saved me a trip to the eye doctor. The deal of 3 pairs for $119USD was too good to pass up, so I ended up snagging a total of 6 new pairs of glasses. The delivery time of about 3 weeks was reasonable, and I was happy to get all of my glasses pretty quickly. While a couple of pairs took a bit of getting used to because of their shape, I'm overall really happy with my purchases and have been wearing them all the time.

Deceptive billing practices
I recently bought something from this company and man, was I taken aback when I found out they were tricking folks into a $4.95 monthly fee after the first purchase. And when I tried to cancel, lemme tell ya, it was like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of them. This kind of shady business ain't just unethical, it's straight up against the law. People oughta know what they're getting into before they buy anything from these folks.
