Poster purchase
I got a poster for my mom's birthday, but it got messed up because they left it out in the rain on my porch. Even though there was a dry spot right there, they didn't bother protecting it. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd send me a new poster right away, but it's been three days and I haven't seen anything yet. I even asked for some kind of compensation, but I haven't heard back. I'm pretty bummed about this whole situation - the lack of care and follow-through from this company is really disappointing. I wouldn't suggest using them at all.
