Unauthorized charges
I've never bought anything from your company, but I keep noticing these sketchy $4.95 charges on my credit card bill every month since June. It's really freaking me out and I'm not cool with it. I already called up my credit card company to look into it and take care of those charges. Customer info should be kept safe and fraud should never happen. So, please get on it quick and fix this mess. And make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen again down the road.
