Online textbook purchase
The online textbook purchase was a nightmare. I spent hours trying to figure out how to actually get the book I paid for. The website was a mess with tons of info, but none of it was any help in finding my book. And just when I thought I had it figured out, I got locked out after a few hours. It was so frustrating and I felt like I wasted my time and money.

Ulton Tripod Clone and MTL coils
I recently bought an Ulton Tripod Clone and some MTL coils from this website, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. Despite everything going on with the pandemic, my order arrived in just 5 days, way faster than I expected, especially since it was coming from China. The prices on the site were really good, and the quick delivery just made it even better. I've ordered similar stuff from Fasttech before, another Chinese site, and the delivery took forever, even before the pandemic. Defective cartridge resolved quickly
I bought a cartridge not too long ago and ended up getting a defective one. When I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful and sorry about the mix-up. They sent me a brand new cartridge real quick, and it got to me in just 3 days. I was really happy with how they handled everything and I thought the apology was nice.

Recent shoe purchase
I just bought something from this online store and I gotta say, I was really let down. The shoes I got were not the size I wanted, and the quality was just not good enough for me. I was hoping I could rely on this store because of all the good things I heard, but man, my experience was not good at all. Their customer service wasn't that great either; it was a pain trying to fix the problem with the wrong size. Bottom line, I was not happy with what I bought and I won't be coming back here.

Bamboo sheet set purchase
I just bought some sheets that were supposed to be made from bamboo, but when they showed up, turns out they were mostly polyester - definitely not what I wanted. I tried to return them right away, but no dice - the company has a super strict no refund policy. I've been trying to contact their customer service team over and over, but still no luck getting this sorted out. It's really frustrating to see a company lying about their products and then not willing to fix things for their customers.

Womens Clothing
I fell asleep at the wheel and really got taken with this one. Purchased this terribly cheap awful looking clothing that doesn't remotely resemble the pictures. Then they bargain with you about the return. Would you accept 25% refund and keep clothes? No. How about 40%? I paid a large sum to return the clothes to China. Six months later the box came back to me with many stickers in Chinese and pretty crushed. Clothes are now donated. About this site - not sure how all of my one stars create an overall rating of 2?

I agree it is too slow but I learned that if you sit it further from yourself and let your legs stretch it will move your legs and hips substantially more.
