Exchange made smoothly, helpful customer service
I just had to exchange something I bought from this company and the customer service was great. Silvia really went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She not only helped me with the exchange, but also gave me some tips on a sweater I bought that was messed up. The clothes are really good quality and they have awesome sales, which I appreciate.

Shout out to the amazing team at American Express Canada for hooking me up with this amazing gift! When I first saw it, I was skeptical like, "What is this thing all about?" But after trying it out, I have to say, it's actually been helping me unwind before hitting the hay. It's like a mini brain massage that makes it so much easier to chill out and doze off. So yeah, I definitely give it a thumbs up!

Race cancelation refund policy
I had a really bad experience with a race cancelation refund policy. Back in 2020, the race I was supposed to be in got canceled because of the pandemic. The company decided that there would be no refunds or cancellations, leaving me and a bunch of other people feeling ripped off. When I tried to explain that I couldn't do any future races due to health issues, they were not willing to work with me at all. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, but I still haven't seen a dime. The lack of honesty and responsibility is not cool, and it's pretty obvious that this company doesn't have its customers' best interests at heart.

Gold batch purchase gone wrong
I got the Gold batch from this company and it just didn't work out for me. Trying to send it back was a pain - they took forever to get back to me, and now it's been 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I noticed they only show reviews with 4 stars or higher, which seems kind of shady. Plus, their sales tactics are so pushy - they tried to get me to buy more packs right after I placed my order. It all seems a bit sketchy to me.

Webfonts
It seriously took me forever to figure out how to upload these fonts to my server! It was such a pain, definitely not user-friendly. I tried using all my coding skills, but it still wouldn't work. I really wish they had mentioned this before I bought the fonts. And to make things worse, they don't even offer refunds or any kind of help! That's just not cool at all. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Dental work in Mexico
I had such a bad time with Dental Departures. They suggested a clinic in Mexico that was a total disaster. Not only did the clinic charge me too much, but they also used cheap materials for my dental work and gave me awful service. When I tried to talk to Dental Departures about the problems, they ignored me and even blocked my number. Dealing with all of this has been super frustrating and stressful. I wish I never trusted Dental Departures to take care of my teeth.

I got my daughter some new clothes for Christmas and they look great on her! She's a plus size and sometimes struggles to find clothes that fit right, but these fit her perfectly and boosted her confidence. I appreciate you making clothes that are stylish and made for plus sizes!
