Metal hammer bundle
I just ordered this metal hammer bundle and man, let me tell you, it was a total mess! I waited forever for my order to show up, but heard nothing until I had to bug them about it. I just bought some shoes from this store and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a major letdown. The website said the shoes were on sale, but when I went to use the discount code, it was a no-go. I tried to get help from customer service but crickets - no reply. When I finally got through to someone, they basically shrugged off the problem and said it wasn't their fault for the false advertising. That lack of accountability and care for customer happiness is just not cool. Bottom line, my experience with this company was straight-up terrible.

This all could have been avoided if they had just followed their return policy and exchanged the device for me, especially since it wasn't cheap.
