I tried contacting them multiple times over two weeks to ask about when my package would arrive and to let them know about a broken device I got, but they never responded. Since I didn't hear back, I ended up contacting the manufacturer to get help with the device issues. This all could have been avoided if they had just followed their return policy and exchanged the device for me, especially since it wasn't cheap. As a new customer, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed with their customer service. I really hope they work on their communication in the future so other customers don't have the same problems.
