A order that I never received customer service didn't help solve the problem
I never had to use customer service because I always ordered from the book or website. But I sent in an order through PayPal and Especially Yours declined my order without any explanation. When I tried to call to see what the problem was they were nasty. I had the money on my accounts that I use through PayPal I knew that wasn't the issue. I emailed a few times didn't get a good answer so I called they couldn't tell me anything and was nasty. I couldn't believe how they were acting, I explained to them I spend a lot of money with Especially Yours for me to get this kind of service. I will not be shopping with them again.
Wig
I order 7/18/2021 getting the same response when I call It is in the warehouse and will be ship in 10 days. Well that 10 days has add up to September 2021 I very disappointed with Especially yours
Caftans
The caftans that I have ordered from this company are great. Their telephone service is awful and their deliveries take forever to reach the customer. I made 4 online orders the same day I ordered the caftan and I received all of them within a few days. I am still waiting after 10 days for this order. I won't be ordering from this company in the future.
Suit and 2 caftans
When you speak your the people that take act like they don't want to work. They are mean rude and rushing me. I dont have to order here. I just like the suits and caftans. Why do you have them there talking to people like that. I ordered online this time. I gotta have to think if i will again. You don't do anything to stop it!
Zahara Wig
The wig was okay, but not quite as pictured, so it did not work for me. I sent the product back for a refund and used my own shipping option as I have found that since the pandemic the return process with almost any entity other than Amazon takes forever. A lot of online companies are using a 3rd party delivery system. At any rate, I sent the wig back via USPS June 25th. The USPS tracking shows the package was picked up from USPS on June 28th. I have yet to see my refund posted. I have sent several inquiries, but no response. Very poor customer service.

I called and talked with several Reps and a supervisor which I didn’t get a follow up call. But the supervisor promised me that they would resend my order back out the first of June and I haven’t heard from them. Believe this, I will not order from them any more. The package delivered to someone else and not me. 1.0 rating
Wig
I received a promo email from Especially Yours on 4/26/2021. I placed an on-line order on 4/27/2021 and used the promo code in the email. I was overcharged on my order. I called them to get this adjusted with the deferred billing department. EVERYONE in that department that I spoke to was rude and nasty. I was called a liar, I was told the email that I received did not exist. I finally spoke to Barbara Duff and she asked me to email a copy of the email that I received. She asked to put me on hold while she viewed the email. She left me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call them 6 times and spent 3 hours on the phone. I was informed that Barbara went to lunch, while I was still holding on the phone. After 3 more calls, I was able to speak to Barbara again-she offered no apology or explanation as to why she left me on hold. She did admit that the email did exist, but said she could do nothing about it because it was a marketing error. Two days later, I received an email from Karen MacLeod. This email contained all of their customer's deferred orders...information that I should not have seen! I am still appalled with this business, and to date my issue has not been resolved. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I am done with them. Note-this is not the first time that they have sent me a promo email and not honored what it said!

I placed the order March 25th early hoping to receive within 5 to 7 days as stated , I continued to ck my email every day so I could start tracking my item 6 days after purchasing, I learned that the item is just now leaving the warehouse, on the 31st , well I can forget about having it on time for resurrection Sunday, was looking forward to matching up with the family but no thanks to Especially Yours!!! If I had a choice right now it would be to cancel but I am just so done , now arriving 11 days after purchasing WOW! 5th of April. So done!!!!!
