Wedding ring purchase
I just got a wedding ring from this store, and even though the ring was great, I had a rough time with their customer service. My husband and I are always on top of our payments, but we got hit with a $41 late fee out of nowhere. When we asked about it, they weren't very helpful and weren't clear about how they handle payments. They did waive the first late fee, but then we found out about another one coming our way.

Prizm P Jade lenses
I'm really loving the Prizm P Jade lenses! The coating and technology in these are seriously top of the line. I just switched from the Prizm P Grey lenses, and let me tell you, the difference is like night and day. Swapping out the lenses is a breeze, and the packaging they come in is sturdy and perfect for keeping replacements safe. A little tip I'd suggest is wearing gloves when putting them in to prevent getting fingerprints in those tricky spots.

Trunk bundle purchase
I had a really bad experience with the trunk bundle purchase. On my first trip from the US to Egypt, the bag just broke completely, leaving me stuck without a working piece of luggage. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they just told me to file a claim with the airline. I ended up losing $400. For two months, I had to deal with a broken bag wrapped in plastic to keep it together until I got home. I never got a refund for the damaged luggage. And to top it off, the handle of the second bag fell off after just three uses, showing how poor quality and not durable these products are.

Bought 10 keys for a computer thing
I got 10 keys for this computer thing and they were all a total bust! Every single one was already activated or used. I was really looking forward to using them and then this happened. It felt like such a waste of money and now I can't even use what I paid for. So disappointing!

Shoes purchased
The shoes I got from this place were seriously top-notch, just like I knew they would be coming from this store. I've been shopping here for a while now, and I'm always blown away by how well-made and stylish their stuff is. Shipping was quick, and their website was super easy to navigate, making it a breeze to find what I wanted and check out. The only bummer was that the shipping tracking info was kind of confusing, so I had a hard time keeping tabs on my order. But other than that little hiccup, my shopping experience was totally on point.

Comfy shoes but…
Man, these shoes are seriously comfy and the upper part is top-notch and super well-made. But dang, the soles on these shoes are just way too flimsy! I've gone through two pairs already and both of them wore out way too fast. I mean, less than 5 months quick! The rubber on the bottoms is just too thin and not durable enough for the long run. It's such a bummer because they are so comfy otherwise!
