Hair straightener
I bought a hair straightener online and got an email saying my order was confirmed, but since then, I haven't heard anything about when it's gonna ship. I tried contacting customer service by email, but no one's gotten back to me. It's really annoying to be charged for something and then not know when it's coming or have any way to track it. I thought a company like this would have better service and keep customers in the loop.

Perfect online shopping experience
I hardly ever have a completely perfect online shopping experience, but this last purchase was just amazing. The dress I bought was even better than I expected. It fit me perfectly and the fabric was exactly what I was looking for. The packaging was also really well done, showing they paid attention to detail. And to top it off, the dress arrived the very next day with a little gift and a handwritten thank you note. This kind of customer service really makes this company stand out from the rest. I can't say enough good things about them and their top-notch service and products.

New set of luggage cracked
My new luggage set was a real bummer when I found cracks in the supposedly uncrackable hard shell on both pieces. Thankfully, Solgaard hooked me up with replacements right away. It seems like my set and color were just a fluke, so I'm excited to get my new pieces and start traveling again. I really dig the colors, design, roomy interior, and secure snap closures - can't wait to use these for a long time!

Boots
I recently bought some boots from this company, and at first, I was happy with how easy it was to place the order and the fast approval email I got. But then, I waited 10 days and my order still hadn't been shipped, so I checked online and found out it was backordered with no clear date for shipping. That was a big bummer since I wanted to give the boots as a Christmas gift. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, the person I talked to was kinda rude. They said they don't tell customers when things are on backorder and that I should've known at checkout. I had proof that there was no backorder notice when I bought them, though. In the end, I had to cancel my order and rush to find another pair of boots before Christmas. I know things can run out of stock, but I think customer service could've been better about keeping me in the loop about the backorder status.

Man, I sent my video to this company and they were being super racist about it. They didn't want to pay me just because of my skin color. That's not cool at all. They pay white content creators but not me? That's messed up.

Luxurious Leather Sofa
I've had this really nice leather sofa for about a year now, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. Even with my two dogs, keeping it clean is a breeze. The quality is amazing and it looks so good in my living room. I definitely think the price I paid was worth it, since it's held up way better than I thought it would. Next time, I'll make sure to get one with a sleeper function, but from now on, I'm only sticking with this brand when it comes to buying sofas.
