I recently bought the Brass Kisser shampoo and conditioner from this company and I gotta say, I was really happy with both the products and the service overall. Man, this dandruff shampoo is seriously awful. I was hoping for a game-changer, but instead, it felt like my head was under attack by a bunch of angry fire ants. The itchiness and burning were so intense, I had to wash my hair over and over just to calm it down. I definitely wouldn't suggest this stuff to anyone dealing with dandruff. Don't waste your cash, go for something that actually gets the job done.

It seems like this company cares more about selling products than making sure their customers are happy, since they haven't been helpful or quick in solving the problem. Overall, this has been a really annoying and disappointing experience.

I bought a hair straightener online and got an email saying my order was confirmed, but since then, I haven't heard anything about when it's gonna ship. I tried contacting customer service by email, but no one's gotten back to me. It's really annoying to be charged for something and then not know when it's coming or have any way to track it. I thought a company like this would have better service and keep customers in the loop.
Curling brush broke
My curling brush broke after just a year of using it! I talked to the customer service lady, and she said hers broke too. But, they won't fix it even though it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Such a bummer!
Multiple items on 6/9
I bought a bunch of stuff on June 9th from this one company. I also ordered from another company that same day, and they've already shipped my order. But the first company still hasn't given me any updates. My order hasn't even been picked or packed yet. I'm pretty bummed about the lack of communication and progress on my order.
Frustration with hair products and tools
I bought a bunch of hair products and tools from this company a few months back and man, I gotta say I'm really disappointed. The commitment issues tool I got keeps falling apart and is missing pieces, making me feel like I just threw my money away. I tried reaching out to customer support over email, but never heard back, which just made me even more annoyed. And to make matters worse, these hair products are wrecking my hair, leaving it all damaged and dried out. Honestly, dealing with this company has been a huge letdown.
Defective hair dryer
Don't even bother spending your hard-earned cash on that 'Travelista' hair dryer they're peddling over here! I shelled out for it a couple months back and right off the bat, I could tell something was off from the weird smell. The person behind the counter tried telling me it was just normal for new items and to give it a chance, but that funky odor never went away. I contacted their support team and they told me to send it back and offered up a different model while I waited. Problem was, I already had that one and just wanted my money back, but they straight up denied me. Trust me, steer clear of this place and save yourself the stress!
Awesome curling iron
I got this super amazing curling iron from this one place and it was seriously awesome. But then I ordered more stuff for something special coming up in August and it's been a while and I still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to them multiple times but it felt like they were avoiding me. Girl, they really messed up my order, used some random shipping service to Guam, and when I asked for a refund, they acted like they couldn't hear me. To make it short, they are shady. If you end up getting your items, that's great. But if not, good luck trying to get your money back.
