    Gaia is a really awesome mindfulness and wellness app that I found. It's super easy to use and gives great advice on dealing with life's challenges.     Second pair of leggings

    I've been a loyal customer for years and always loved the products I've bought from you guys. But, my recent experience with a second pair of leggings has been a bit of a letdown. The first pair I got was already ripped when it arrived, which was a bad sign. Then, the replacement leggings started getting all pilly after just a few weeks of wearing them. And now, only 3 months later, I found a hole in them. It's frustrating to see the quality take a nosedive so quickly. I really hope this isn't the new normal for your brand because I've always been a big fan of my past purchases.

    Mini tote purchase

    I was really impressed with how fast the company delivered my order. The product arrived in perfect condition, and I love the color and size of the mini tote I bought.     6 ft. bean bag chair

    I just got myself a 6 ft. bean bag chair from this company and I've had a good experience so far. Unpacking it was a blast, and the chair itself is super comfy and huge, just like they said. The only drawback I've noticed is that the covers can get dirty pretty easily on hardwood floors and are a pain to vacuum. Luckily, they're machine washable, but I really wish they had more cover options for sale on their site. It would be awesome if they had a cover that wasn't suede and had some texture to keep dirt and stuff from sticking. I did contact the company about an issue with my cover, but I never heard back from them.

    Long way from the airport

    The hotel is so far from the airport, like why bother having a shuttle if it takes forever to get there! But the food there is really good and the service is great, so that's a plus. It's pretty quiet since they just reopened after winter, but the daytime and nighttime entertainment is fun. I really wish they had a heated pool though, it would have made relaxing even better. The beach is clean and the representative was friendly. And the customer service people helped us book our trip back home online. They should definitely offer a free bus to Antalya, I mean, it's only 12 km away, come on!

    Hooded top purchase

    I bought a hooded top from this store recently, but it was disappointing. When I tried it on, I realized that the front pocket wasn't stitched properly, so I couldn't use it. I reached out to customer service by email since there was no phone number, and at first, I got a response from a bot. After asking for a human to respond, it took a whole week to hear back. The options they gave me weren't great. They said I had to send the item back for a refund and buy it again at full price if I wanted one without issues. They didn't mention honoring the original sale price I paid. The other choice was to keep the messed-up item and get a small refund, which I reluctantly went for to avoid losing money. It's been five days since then, and I still haven't heard about the refund. As someone who shops there often, this whole situation has really turned me off, and I'll probably take my business elsewhere from now on.

    Cute sun shirts

    So I ordered these really cute sun shirts online because my mom told me I need to protect my skin from the sun. Unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong size. I requested an exchange, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything back! I did everything the instructions told me to do and sent the shirts back, but I haven't received any further updates. When I called customer service, they told me the person who deals with the USA is on vacation. But I'm in the UK, so why is that impacting me? Normally, I get my exchanges done in 4-5 days, not taking weeks with no communication. Now I won't have my cute sun shirts for my holiday! It's disappointing, I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again.

    Blood test results delay and software issues

    The service from Inside Tracker was really helpful and informative, but I did have a few rough patches along the way. It took a bit longer than I hoped to get the results of my blood test, about 7-10 business days, which was kind of a bummer. And I also ran into some issues with the software on the platform, getting error messages that made me have to try again later. Those technical problems definitely got in the way and were pretty frustrating.
    But when I finally got my results, I have to say, the information was super thorough and accurate.     I recently booked a hotel through this website and it turned out to be a pretty bad experience. Right after booking, I began receiving a ton of spam calls, and I have a feeling they might have sold my information. Plus, they promised that I could cancel for free up to 24 hours before the reservation, but when I actually tried to cancel, it was a no go.

    VIP credits policy change

    That new policy is so ridiculous! I used to enjoy shopping at this place, but now it's just unbearable. Having to decide which items to use my credits on is a total nightmare.     Awesome curling iron

    I got this super amazing curling iron from this one place and it was seriously awesome. But then I ordered more stuff for something special coming up in August and it's been a while and I still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to them multiple times but it felt like they were avoiding me. Girl, they really messed up my order, used some random shipping service to Guam, and when I asked for a refund, they acted like they couldn't hear me. To make it short, they are shady. If you end up getting your items, that's great. But if not, good luck trying to get your money back.

    My experience communicating with this company was excellent! I accidentally sent the wrong size photo, but they were extremely patient and helped me fix the problem. The delivery was pretty quick, especially since it didn't come from the UK. I was happy to see that the packaging was really strong. They used DHL for shipping, so I got updates on when it would arrive. The canvas I got was better quality than ones I've gotten from other places, and it looks amazing!
