    Grayl water bottle purchase

    I recently bought some Grayl water bottles from Sunny Sports and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how everything went down. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm really happy I did. Ordering was a breeze and I liked that they kept me in the loop about my order and when it would arrive. It only took 5 business days for my order to get to me, which is pretty quick considering it had to travel across the country. The stuff I got was packed well and in great condition, showing that Sunny Sports really cares about what they're selling. I've been using my Grayl water bottles and they work perfectly, just like they said. I don't expect any issues, but if I do, I hope their customer service is as awesome as the rest of my experience. After this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

    good shoes for travelling

    I broke my shoes or damaged it during my trip to Japan last time . so this time i needed some good ones so it stays on its place instead of going crazy
    so i bought the shoes from here when i was going for my next trip. i wear it for a quite good time and i find it really comfortable to walk
    also it doesn't harm my toes either
    also its just really good in wearing and i can walk freely without worrying about my feet
    there is no pain either

    Misleading product presentation

    This company is terrible. I ordered a new pair of shoes but received old, dirty, and scuffed shoes that had clearly been worn. When I talked to customer service, they were no help at all and didn't offer any compensation for the hassle of returning the used shoes. To top it off, I found the last customer's order receipt with all their personal info still in the box. It's so unprofessional and careless. Stay away from this sketchy business to save yourself the trouble.

    Foldable screen amplifiers

    I had a terrible experience ordering from this company. Their website didn't have an address or phone number, so I couldn't even contact them when my order never showed up. I bought 5 foldable universal screen amplifiers, but after waiting for 5 weeks, they still hadn't arrived. All I got were generic emails saying my order was on its way, but it never came. When I tried to ask for help, they stopped responding altogether. Turns out they're based in Hong Kong, which explains the lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

    I just bought a backpack from this website and I had a great experience. I ordered it on a Friday night but changed my mind about the color the next day. I emailed customer support and was surprised to get a response on Sunday morning saying they'd change the color for me at no extra charge. The backpack arrived on Tuesday morning with free shipping.     Sierra Designs backpack order

    I wasn't totally sure about ordering a Sierra Designs backpack from this store because I read some mixed reviews, but I decided to go for it anyway. I was a little worried about the shipping since it was going from the warehouse to Europe, but it all worked out just fine. The backpack showed up in great shape, and the packaging was basic but got the job done. I'm happy with my buy and even ended up ordering another backpack for my girlfriend.

    Camp chairs purchase

    The customer service at this store is just awful. I bought two camping chairs and needed to exchange them for a pricier pair. I only opened the chairs to find out they were the shorter ones, so I wanted to swap them for the regular ones. I made sure to keep all the original packaging, tags, and everything that came with it. But it was a frustrating two weeks for the Return Department to tell me they couldn't take the chairs back. I couldn't figure out why it took them so long to make that decision, especially since the chairs were in new condition with all the original packaging. This whole thing has really let me down, and I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

    I bought some stuff from this outdoor store. The things they sell are good quality and they have a nice variety of products. But man, it took like a whole month for my order to show up. It seems like their warehouse works at a snail's pace. And when I called to check on my order, I kept getting put on hold and the people on the other end weren't much help. It feels like they care more about money than making their customers happy, which is a bummer. I get why they have so many bad reviews now.

    I bought a jacket from this company and the service was really disappointing. I made sure before ordering that my other items would ship even if one was on backorder, and they said it would ship right away. But then three days later, I got an email saying everything was on hold because of the backorder with no shipping date given. I canceled my order right away and won't be buying from them again. It was frustrating and unprofessional how they didn't communicate clearly.

    I bought a swimsuit on February 12th, but it's been 13 days and I still haven't gotten any updates about it. That's not cool, dude. I looked it up online, and it turns out my order is backordered. Like, seriously? At least they didn't sneakily charge my mom's credit card, so I'll give them 2 out of 5 stars.

    Expensive jacket, cheap zipper

    I got this really expensive jacket that's supposed to be really nice, but the zipper like totally broke after just a few times of wearing it. The jacket is just really bad quality. I've heard from others that this jacket isn't what it's hyped up to be. When I tried to return it, Sunny Sports said they wouldn't take it back and they told me to contact the manufacturer instead. I mean, come on, that's just passing the blame. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store, they're terrible.

    When I first checked out Sunny Sports, I was drawn in by their variety and good prices. But when I got my shoes, they didn't fit right. So, I tried to return them, but it was a real hassle. The website was acting up, the links weren't working, and no one was responding to my emails. After a lot of back and forth, customer service said they'd send me a return label, but the email just had a broken link. Dealing with this whole mess took up more of my time than it was worth. Next time, I'd suggest going with a bigger store instead.

    So, you know, I was planning to buy some boots and it said free shipping. But then when I was completing my order, it ended up adding shipping costs!! Super frustrating. I reached out to customer service and they were all "oh, send us all this stuff and we'll remove the shipping charge." But then they got back to me and were like "oh, nevermind, no free shipping for you." Ugh, not cool at all. I even have a screenshot that proves it said free shipping, but they still won't honor it. I'm definitely canceling my order. That's just not how you should treat customers, man.

    Tent purchase with billing issue

    I just bought a tent from Sunny Sports, but man, it was a total nightmare. So, I placed my order online and got a message saying there was a problem with my payment and they canceled my order. But get this - they still charged my card 500 bucks anyway! I tried getting help from customer service right away, but all I got was passed around to different peeps from Adorama and Sunny Sports, and no one could do anything for me. The lack of responsibility and communication from both companies was seriously frustrating. It's just crazy to me how they can get away with treating customers like this and leaving us hanging.
