App bug assistance
I recently contacted customer service because I ran into a weird bug while using the app. They told me they would check out the problem and let me know. A few days later, I saw that the feature was back to normal. I was happy it got fixed so fast, but what really impressed me was the follow-up. A few days after the bug was gone, customer service reached out to tell me everything was fully fixed. Their level of care and attention is really top-notch.

Birthday bouquet mishap
I recently ordered a birthday bouquet for my niece from Urban Stem and let me tell you, I was completely let down by the whole thing. She ended up getting the wrong bouquet which turned out to be a sympathy bouquet for someone's 60th birthday. To top it off, the message was all wrong too, just making the whole situation awkward. When I reached out to their "Happiness Team", they knew about the mix-up but didn't bother getting in touch with me first. They only offered me a $15 credit for my next order, which I thought was hardly enough given the mess they made. I asked for a refund, but got no reply. Then, to make matters worse, I was asked for feedback on their support but found out the ticket was closed and they weren't taking any more comments. All in all, my experience with Urban Stem was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

I recently bought some vape juice from this company and man, it was a total bummer. The juice I got tasted like straight-up rubbing alcohol. Not good. And to make things worse, I had to go back and forth with customer service for like a whole week just to get a replacement. When they finally sent it, they shipped it to the wrong address even though I kept telling them the right one. Seriously, not cool. I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with both the product and the service I got from them.
