Coil purchase
I bought some coils from VapoRider not too long ago, but I got the wrong ones in the mail. I contacted their customer service, and they told me they didn't have the coils I wanted in stock. They were nice enough to offer me a refund, but I was bummed out because they made me pay for the return shipping. It's annoying when a business doesn't come through with what they promised.
Mod kit
I bought a mod kit from this online store not too long ago, but I never got the package. I tried emailing their customer service, but no one ever got back to me. I think it's really horrible that they haven't been communicating with me, and now I'm just really let down.
Coil packs and juice order
My order had six packs of coils and a bottle of juice, but they sent me the wrong juice. I contacted customer service right away with pics of the receipt and packaging. It took a whole week for them to fix the mistake. It wasn't the best experience, so I'll think twice about ordering from them again.
2 vaporizers and 4 e-liquids.
I recently picked up 2 vapes and 4 e-liquids from this shop and I was super excited to test them out. I was thrilled when everything worked without any problems - no leaks, no charging issues, nothing! I was beyond happy with how smoothly everything went. And on top of that, the flavors were amazing - it was like a party in my mouth!
Delayed delivery
I am so fed up with the terrible customer service from this company. I ordered something that was supposed to get here on January 25th, but now it's February 10th and still no sign of it. I've tried contacting VapoRider three times and haven't heard a peep back. It's like their customer service isn't even there.
Defective mod replacement
I just bought a mod from this shop and it ended up being defective. But, I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. They quickly swapped out the bad item with no fuss at all. I'm really happy with how they handled everything and how much they care about making sure customers are happy.
My order took forever
I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I reached out to them, and they told me I need to wait longer. Checked the tracking number, and it's stuck at the post office. They're saying I need a new one. It's so annoying!
E-cigarette accessories
I ordered some e-cigarette accessories and was bummed to find out the one I wanted was out of stock after I bought it. The shipping took forever, and when I tried to reach out to customer service via email, I never got a reply. On top of that, I got the wrong accessories sent to me twice. It's really frustrating not getting proper communication and having orders messed up.
Various vape products
I just bought some vape stuff from this company recently and I gotta say, I was really impressed. The website was super easy to use and I found exactly what I wanted. Ordering was a breeze, no issues at all. They had a good variety of products and everything I got was top-notch quality, even better than I expected. The prices were fair and competitive, definitely worth it for the quality. My order showed up quickly and on time. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would definitely suggest it to anyone in need of vape products.
Bent tank purchase
I just bought a tank from this company and when it arrived, I noticed it was bent. At first, I thought maybe that was how it was supposed to be, but after taking a closer look, I saw that it was a defect. I reached out to their customer service and, even though we had some back and forth through emails at first, they were able to quickly resolve the problem and are sending me a replacement. I have to say, their customer service was really good the whole time, and I'm grateful for how they made sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.
E-liquid
I recently bought some vape juice from this company and man, it was a total bummer. The juice I got tasted like straight-up rubbing alcohol. Not good. And to make things worse, I had to go back and forth with customer service for like a whole week just to get a replacement. When they finally sent it, they shipped it to the wrong address even though I kept telling them the right one. Seriously, not cool. I gotta say, I'm super disappointed with both the product and the service I got from them.
Vapor products
This place is a total joke! They have terrible customer service, they lie about prices and shipping costs, and can't even seem to get their free shipping deal right. I placed several orders and spent a ton of cash, but still didn't qualify for free shipping because they kept moving the goal post on me. And to make matters worse, they tack on these crazy signature fees for absolutely no reason. It's a total rip-off! I ended up switching to another site that has better prices and way better customer service. Direct Vapor is the real deal!
Vape kit purchase
I got this new vape kit that I was so pumped about, and I tried to get it delivered super quick. But man, it took way longer than they promised. I shot them an email to ask what the deal was, and they were so rude. They basically said it was my responsibility to sort it out with the delivery company. I tried going back and forth with them, but they just ended up sending me this scary all-caps email. No way I'm buying from them ever again, that's for sure.
Vape juice
Wish it would let me give less than 2 stars but it won’t. Horrible experince. Ordered juice when I was out of town for work. When the juice came, it tasted like rubbing alcohol. After almost a week of waiting for replies and customer service arguing with me, they sent a replacement to the address I was working at, which is hours from my house and I am unable to get the package. They refuse to correct the order and send it to the right address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service and product ever.
