Inflatable paddleboard
I just bought an inflatable paddleboard from this company and I'm pretty happy with it overall. The board itself seems really sturdy and well-made. The only hiccup I had was with the pump that came with it. But when I contacted customer service, they were super helpful and got the issue sorted out for me quickly. I really appreciate their fast response and great service in addressing my concern. It's nice to see a company that's so dedicated to making sure their customers are happy. All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase and the way this company handled everything.

Express order disappointment
Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this website. I made a rush order on October 31st, paid extra for shipping to get it by November 11th for an event. However, even though they took the money right away, I didn't get any shipping details or responses from customer service on the chat or email. Finally, on November 10th, they said they'd send it out soon. When I asked when it would arrive since I needed it for the event, they didn't respond again. So, I asked to cancel the order because it wouldn't make it on time. I reached out to PayPal for help, but the company didn't get back to me until the 14th, saying they shipped it (even though my event had already passed). It's now the 21st, and I still haven't received the item, any shipping details, or the $40 express shipping I paid for. I picked this site because they said they were in the states, but this whole situation makes me doubt that. They only offered me a $1 refund today, which is definitely not enough given everything that happened.

Great range, easy checkout
