The product didn't work at all and their customer service? Don't even get me started. Now I'm on hold trying to get my money back because they overcharged my card. Such a bummer, you know? I got this new vape kit that I was so pumped about, and I tried to get it delivered super quick. But man, it took way longer than they promised. I shot them an email to ask what the deal was, and they were so rude. They basically said it was my responsibility to sort it out with the delivery company. I tried going back and forth with them, but they just ended up sending me this scary all-caps email. No way I'm buying from them ever again, that's for sure.
