Pain relief supplement
I've been taking this pain relief supplement for a few weeks, and honestly, it hasn't helped me at all. My chronic pain hasn't gotten any better, and on top of that, I keep forgetting to take it three times a day like they suggest. And when I tried to cancel my order, the company kept charging my bank account without even asking me. It's really frustrating to see a company taking advantage of people who are looking for relief and doing shady stuff like that.
Just another scam
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I thought I was buying something real to help with my pain, but it turned out to be a scam that took my money. The customer service was terrible, and when I asked for my money back, they didn't even respond. I won't be giving this company my trust again.
Mom passed away, Step Dad had health scare, returned unopened Relief Factors, only got one refund
They only gave us a refund for one unopened package out of the four, even though all of them were still good. Seriously, it's like, c'mon! My Dad has been going through a lot trying to take care of my mom and dealing with his own health problems. It just doesn't feel fair that they wouldn't refund all of them. So, I called to complain and the lady was friendly about it, but man, what a scam!
Misleading TV commercial
That TV ad with the sad dude crying and looking all down in the dumps is just really off-putting, you know? Makes me not even want to buy the product they're selling.
Not effective, caused adverse side effects
Relief Factor didn't do much for me. I was really hoping it would help with the pain in my hands, feet, and back, but after giving it a shot for three weeks, I didn't feel any relief at all. Actually, I think I might be one of those "rare cases" they talk about in the research papers, because I ended up having some bad side effects. My legs and feet got swollen and my blood pressure shot up while I was taking Relief Factor. It took about a week after I stopped using it for the swelling to go down and my blood pressure to go back to normal. After a month of being off Relief Factor, all those side effects disappeared, but sadly, the pain I was hoping to get rid of was still there.
Multivitamin supplement purchase
The multivitamin supplement I got was a real letdown. I was expecting a lot more from it, but right off the bat, I could tell it looked just like those basic multivitamins you see everywhere. I gave it a shot for a while, but it didn't really make much of a difference in how I felt. I felt like I wasted my money on it and ended up feeling pretty disappointed with how it all turned out.
Pain relief supplement
I just bought this pain relief supplement and man, it was a total letdown. They were all like "guaranteed results, money-back guarantee" but nah, nothing happened. The product didn't work at all and their customer service? Don't even get me started. Now I'm on hold trying to get my money back because they overcharged my card. Such a bummer, you know? I try to stay informed but this company straight up lied and let me down.
Omega-3 supplement purchase
I recently bought an Omega-3 supplement from this company because I was hoping it would help with my arthritis pain. Unfortunately, when I got the product, I discovered that it had 1,400 mg of fish oil, which doesn't agree with my body. This caused me to have a bad reaction to the supplement and didn't give me any relief for my arthritis pain. I also learned that there aren't any medical studies to back up the effectiveness of the product, which was disappointing. On top of that, the company's return policy only lets you return unopened packages, so I couldn't get a refund even though I had a bad experience with the product. In general, I would advise others to be cautious about the ingredients in products and not just believe what the advertising says.
Return Policy
In my experience, I think the return policy is pretty unfair. It was pretty disappointing to find out that once you open the package, there's no way to return the product. Customers should definitely be able to return stuff that doesn't work out for them, ya know? Having such a strict policy like that could turn people away from making a purchase. I think they could do a better job with the return policy to make customers happier.
Trial period scam
My dad tried out this product and thought it was okay at first. But then, once the trial period was over, they started charging his account a bunch of times! They tried to take money out three times in a row for the next month, and even tried a fourth time while he was on the phone with the bank. Luckily, the bank put a stop to it, and he was able to get his money back!
Subscription purchase with unexpected fees
The product did help a bit during the 3-week trial, but I was let down by getting hit with extra charges once I signed up for the subscription. When I talked to customer service, Felix said the added money was for shipping and handling, which felt sneaky and annoying. The difference in cost from what I thought I'd pay to what I was actually charged made me feel like they were trying to pull one over on me. So, I decided to cancel the subscription and search for other ways to ease my pain.
Tried it for 3 weeks
My husband gave this thing a shot for like 3 weeks and honestly, it was just meh. Didn't see any difference, so we were just like, peace out. We tried to cancel, but they were like, nope, here's more! Seriously, so rude. We sent that stuff back without even opening it, and they only gave us some of our money back. Not cool at all, dude.
Pain relief, yoga supplement
I gotta say, this product really works. I've been using it to help with the achy pain in my shoulders and neck, and it's been doing the job. Even though I'm always on the move and do yoga every day, this supplement has definitely helped me manage my discomfort.
Cancelled order mishap
We tried to cancel our order before we got charged for next month, but even though they said it was cancelled, we still got the shipment. When we called customer service, they said to just send it back but we never got our money back.
Ran races for decades
I've been running races for a long time, but after I had knee surgery, I started feeling really achy and gross. I came across this product in 2021 and it took a little time to work, but now I can run without any issues at all! It's like magic in a little packet!
3-week trial
Relief Factor really helped with my back pain during the trial, but things went downhill after that. The second shipment arrived late, leaving me without it for a week. Despite being promised the third shipment, it never showed up after three weeks, leaving me hanging for another two weeks. Also, the price jumped from $19.95 to $92.00 for each shipment, which was a big shock. Dealing with customer service was tough, too. When I called to ask about the delays, they told me to email because the phones were busy. But even after I sent the email, I never heard back, which was super frustrating.
Overpriced scam
I got sucked in by all the hype and bought this thing for my mom who's getting up there in years. And guess what? Didn't do a darn thing to help with her pain. What a waste of money! This whole thing's a scam and I'm kicking myself for falling for it. These guys go after folks who are already struggling, like the elderly. It's just wrong. I hope they get what's coming to them real soon.
High-priced product
When I was looking for pain relief supplements, this one caught my eye because of all the potential benefits it promised. But the more I looked into it, I realized that $85.00 for just a month's supply was just way too much for me to take a chance on. I've been burned before by spending big bucks on a supplement that ended up being a dud. Plus, the fact that I'd have to wait at least two months to see any results made me even more hesitant. That would be $170 down the drain if it didn't work out. With all the uncertainty and the hefty price tag, I decided to stick with my trusty prescription meds that I know work for me.
Arthritis pain relief
Oh my goodness, this stuff is amazing! I've been using it since September 2016 and it has really helped me manage my Arthritis pain. I used to take it every day, but now I only need it every other month. They have this awesome system where they package the supplements in little pouches so you get exactly what you need for each dose. And you can try it out for just $19.95 for a 3 week trial! Just make sure you're not on blood thinners because it contains Turmeric. But honestly, it's totally worth the price and super easy to use!
Effective natural supplements with excellent customer service - A Relief Factor Review
I have been a client of Relief Factor for several months now and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their products. Their supplements have helped me greatly with my joint pain and overall mobility. I appreciate that they use natural ingredients and have a science-backed approach to their formulas.
The ordering process is also very easy and convenient. I usually order online and my package arrives within a few days. Their customer service team is also very responsive and helpful when I have had any questions or concerns.
One thing I particularly appreciate is the detailed information they provide on their website about each product and the research behind it. It gives me confidence in the effectiveness of their supplements.
Overall, I highly recommend Relief Factor to anyone looking for natural relief from joint pain and other issues.
