Parcel replacement
I gotta admit, I was pretty bummed out when my package went missing and I had to reach out to UPS to figure out what was going on. But I gotta give credit where credit is due - the customer service team really came through for me. We exchanged a few emails, and before I knew it, a replacement package was on its way. The whole thing was sorted out in less than a week, which was a relief. Even though it was a hassle, I'm grateful for their fast and effective response. Fingers crossed that this time the replacement package makes it to me without a hitch.

Just another scam
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I thought I was buying something real to help with my pain, but it turned out to be a scam that took my money. The customer service was terrible, and when I asked for my money back, they didn't even respond. I won't be giving this company my trust again.

The company’s clothing appears to be the exact same construction and material as much, much cheaper brands such as Lulus and ASOS but with a price tag that wants to be higher fashion. It isn’t. At all. The material is literally what you’d find at Gap Body - rayon and cotton. The patterns are what you’d find at Gap Body. Nothing different. Unfortunately, the clothes should be even cheaper than gap body - in the $15-$20 range due to NO overhead in terms of retail stores or customer service. You will get no service, no response and if you look at their Better Business Bureau complaints, you’ll have to fight for a return in accordance to their own policy. So average Gap clothes, style and material and Used Car Dealer customer service. This isn’t it, regardless of a Victoria Secret model in their ads.

I ordered 150 bulbs - iris and grape hyacinth. The price was reasonable and they were shipped promptly. Five of them came up. I contacted customer service by phone (bad connection with India and a very helpful "agent" issued a merchandise credit. I used it for a flower .... Customer service good, merchandise lousy.

Sunshine bloom in a happy face mug
Was told delivered on a Sunday. Was delivered a day later but not to the recipient. Was left in a random spot. Arrangement was supposed to be a bright yellow cheery arrangement in a happy face mug. No , person received a ... arrangement and no happy face mug vase.even if they at least made flowers cheery and bright. Flowers were wilted and pale whites and pinks. I am disappointed in this whole experience. Day of delivery they called recipient and ruined entire surprise. Never ordering from here again. Also, they did offer a $7 discount on future orders, um no ty!

Poor quality T-shirts and prints
T-shirts are really poor quality, the "cotton" ones (as stated on their web) are only 70% cotton and 30% PES. Images on the T-shirts are "printed" as a thick "layer" rubber/paper...like the one you can do at home with an iron. Colors do not match and 2 of the 4 T-shirts I ordered have blurred/out of focus images. I will try to contact the seller for refund.
It took alittle over a month to get mine thought I had ordered real hoodie sweatshirt but no it's a thin 100% polyester not happy at all but I also should have payed more attention because I payed a lot more on this site than I would have at my regular stores ????
I ordered 4 t-shirts more than a month ago...I see 3 are shipped but still aren't in my country but I already got 3 emails asking me to comfirm delivery!!!! Never again .
Sorry guys. I ordered months ago and still haven’t received anything. Checked the tracker today and it said “delivered”. Complete BS. I just hope I receive my items and Soulmia hasn’t run off with my money: if they have, they have another thing coming.

This company is a scam. They claim you can have an "easy return" within 14 days of receiving the product. But No. When I need my defected, awfully qualitied, weirdly sized, whatever (if you call that clothes) to be returned. Here is their response:
"As the return shipping charge is high and needs a very long time till we received it.
As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as a gift or transfer it to your colleagues/neighbors. " Then no response.
WHAT THE HELL?! I have marked this as an unauthorized transaction and filed a claim at Paypal. I will also see what else I can do to stop more people being scammed. I will get my money backHi Jessica, how long did it take for you to receive your shipment? I’m still waiting months later and am very close to starting a legal dispute given all the bad reviews. It’s just not ok for a company to take advantage of people like this!

Several dresses
They are a misleading company.
The clothes looked good on the internet, with 'good reviews'. After receiving them I wonder how many of those reviews where truthful, the quality is really bad.
When you want to return it, you have to pay for the costs, which it stated, so I guessed since I ordered for € 250, it would be around € 25 or € 50 max. I asked for the address now several times to return it and they only reply that it’s better to get a € 50 refund and give the clothes to friends/family and colleagues, seriously??? Since they claim it would cost € 300 to return the clothes, that would mean they made a loss, sending me these clothes? I don’t believe it!
They want me to pay € 200 for clothes that I can throw away??

Well this is sad. Can you imagine how many people they've screwed over? I've ordered stuff from Wish and it's all from China so I understand the level of quality and size issues. The fact that the customer service is aweful, non existent, is what surprises me. Good luck to us all, I just ordered some stuff and was super excited :( not anymore.

Sadly, I will never buy shirts from them again. All shirts are made in China. Why does that matter? They are all "Dry Clean Only". For a bunch of t-shirts? yes. And why? Because the graphics all crack and flake off in a matter of days. But I can't return them- they are clearly marked DCO, so I have really colorful dust rags.
Hi Lucas, that’s really shit. Can I ask how long it took for you to receive the shirts? I purchased clothes from Soulmia months ago and still nothing. I’m not exactly rich (far from it) so really pissed off they’ve taken my money and done nothing about it. Happy to dispute this!
I ordered my shirts on May 11th, and they got here today(May 20th). I came on here because a shirt I ordered as a gift was small for the size ordered and was going to look into exchanging (don't think I'll bother now) But my shipping is still showing it is in Hong Kong. So, there is still hope you'll get you stuff. I hope you get your items soon!

T-shirts
Reading all the negative reviews, let me add my own experience.
- The T-shirts arrived in a reasonable time, tracking was available.
- Quality is good, they are really cotton, and they are ok also after couple times washing them.
- They fit absolutely true to size. Note: I am from Europe. American sizing is different, and that might lead to the sizing confusion. What we label M in Europe, is called S in the US. So, US folks need to be aware of this and order one size up. Everybody else is fine.
- The only downside is the price, you sure can get T-shirts for cheaper. But not with this kind of funny pictures, and I was buying for specific designs.
Overall: happy customer.Hi Darina, can I ask how long it took for you to receive your shipping? I have used the tracking function since day one and every second line says it’s been delayed for some reason. Now it’s listed as “delivered” yet I’ve received nothing.

I ordered one for my daughter and after three weeks it said "Number not known disposed of by post office". I doubled checked her address and it was fine. No refund or anything. It did say it shipped from China
My order says delivered on July 1st. I was home the entire day and nothing was delivered. Soulmia told me to check with my local carrier with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me does not exist with FedEx, UPS or USPS. I've requested the carrier information 3 times and they ignore the question in my emails. I'm one more response of them telling me it's delivered and not actually helping me and I'm calling and disputing the charge...terrible service

I ordered eleven items on soulmia just about 4 days ago but I went to check the progress and the order says output failure even after being "quality inspected" could you tell me what is happening and if the money will be aren't back if its not delivered?

I will never order from this company again.Never ever buy from this place again. All sizes are 1 or 2 smaller than what usually should be. Their return policy sucks sine they ask you to return them directly to China and pay for the shipping expense.
I had tracked mine and it stated there was a "Failure" in Delivery. Hmmmm So I tryed double checking it, 24 hrs later nothing but then now it's "Delivered" but Rancho Cucamonga, CA!!! WHAT?!! I'm in TEXAS! I think the postive reviews are actual workers to support this online and not actual customers. I see a bunch of the same reviews of the same..."Deliver problems, wrong deliveries and other problems." At this point a month after placing the order, I lost interest in the shirt and I want my money back!
I should have looked into this company before I bought items from them. I ordered a dress and 2 shirts. It took 4 weeks for them to come. The material that the clothes were made of was the thinest material I have ever seen. The dress is a wrap around with only a belt to hold it together, not a button or snap to help keep it closed. I, like others just looked at the pictures and ordered. I won't do that again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF DECEIVING TRICKSTERS... THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY AND WILL SEND PRODUCTS THAT ARE VERY LOW QUALITY. PICTURES ARE TAKEN FROM MAY OTHER WEBSITES AND SHOW THINGS THEY WON'T SEND YOU. I HAVE PAID ALREADY AND HAVE LEARNED ALL OF THIS. BE AWARE.
I believe this is the same company that went under the name of NINACLOAK, I had a terrible time trying to get my money back from PayPal but failed. Not even PayPal answered my emails. The company would not answer my emails either. On two occasions they sent products totally in a wrong size - a adult 3X would only be big enough for an 8 year old kid. I officially filed a claim of fraud against them to the Canadian Competition Bureau. My application was accepted but I never heard back from the Bureau. I wonder now if that investigation caused them to change their name to Just Fashion Now? If you have trouble with them I would suggest that you too report them to authorities and keep on their back until you get a satisfactory answer. Something should also be done about Google constantly featuring their ads--but then, I guess that is one way for Google to also make money.
Ordered 2 pairs of boots which looked great on the website....took 5 weeks to arrive & they threw them over the garden gate. t
the boots were like wellies & trousers were like stiff card . I was mortified & v upset. I’m not going to all the trouble of sending them back. I will take them to a charity shop.... but even they may not take them as they are so awful. Please do not use this site.Review about: Masksup

If I ever got them I would be able to comment on the quality, but since I've been waiting over a month that's not possible. Granted, I'm in NZ, but nevertheless they quote 12-20 days delivery time. They did respond to a query and provide tracking information but since it seems to have taken 4 weeks to get from wherever they were sent from to Auckland and appear to have been there for the last three days I'm now envisaging someone coming on a bicycle with the parcel in a backpack. Awful.
Update: masks have arrived, exactly 6 weeks since ordering. Quality is OK but I wouldn't bother again due to the excessive time taken to receive them.

I made an order at the beginning of this month and still no response from the company. I asked if they could let me know where in transit would my package be. I received a auto response saying that they would back with me. But still i havent yet hear from anyone. I understand that when purchases are made from China it takes time. But damn, this long, or this long to let me know where my purchase may be. The demand is far to much for this company to handle. All i can say is that i hope i get what i paid for. You may want to look somewhere else.
