Wrong screen received
When I got my order, I was really disappointed because the screen I got wasn't the one I ordered. I made sure to give them all the info they needed, but they still sent the wrong thing. When I tried to fix it, I found out it would cost a lot to send it back. Plus, I couldn't even talk to a real person about it, which made me even more frustrated. The person from customer service said they could send the right item if I paid for shipping both ways, but I wasn't happy with that solution since they already messed up the first time.

I have to say, I am so happy with the snack subscription service I got for my wife and daughter. I just got a new TV delivered by two really nice guys. They were super helpful and polite.
