Car rental experience
My recent experience with renting a car didn't go well. When I brought the car back, they wanted to charge me extra for a tiny scratch on the wheel. I knew I didn't do it, but the company's reply was not helpful at all. Even though I tried to argue against the charge, they just gave me a generic response. It's really annoying to feel like I'm getting blamed for something I didn't do. In the future, I suggest everyone taking pictures of the car before driving off to prevent this kind of thing.

My experience with the company wasn't great. I ordered some sugar-free chocolate which cost me about $29, but I never got any updates on when it would arrive. They promised me a refund, but I never actually got a receipt for the transaction, despite asking for it multiple times. I wish I had looked into the company more before buying from them. Advertising service experience
I signed up for this advertising service a while back and it was honestly the worst experience ever! They told me I'd get a $500 coupon but it never came through. And let me tell you, the bugs in their tag helper were a nightmare, their response times were super slow, and the support team had no idea what they were doing with my campaign. They couldn't even help me set it up correctly! On top of that, their website was full of glitches that wouldn't let me pay with my credit card. I didn't see any improvement in conversions, while Google was working great for me. And then they audited my website and called it "high risk" just because it's a math education site. Such a joke, right?
