Sample order delay
I just ordered some samples to redo my living room, and man, it was a total nightmare. It took nearly six weeks for the samples to get to me, and the company barely communicated with me at all. I tried reaching out several times to ask about my order, but got no replies. It's obvious that customer service is not their strong suit. Do yourself a favor and find another company for your decorating needs.

I was really irritated at first because I had to wait forever to talk to someone on the phone, but then I realized they must be super busy or something. So, I decided to try ordering online and it was actually really easy. And to top it off, they shipped my stuff really quickly! Thanks for being awesome!

Tried it for 3 weeks
My husband gave this thing a shot for like 3 weeks and honestly, it was just meh. Didn't see any difference, so we were just like, peace out. We tried to cancel, but they were like, nope, here's more! Seriously, so rude. We sent that stuff back without even opening it, and they only gave us some of our money back. Not cool at all, dude.
