Review about: RCN
Billing and equipment dispute
My experience with RCN has been really frustrating and disappointing. I lost my job last year and was supposed to get some financial help from RCN, but they totally ignored me and then said they weren't doing that anymore. Now, with the FCC's EBBP rollout, RCN has been shady with how they're handling things. They're making customers use their equipment, making them pay extra taxes, and saying they won't get any future deals if they don't do what RCN says. When I brought this up, a customer service manager told me they left out that important info on the inside, which just shows they're not being transparent or honest.

Quick online order
I was really irritated at first because I had to wait forever to talk to someone on the phone, but then I realized they must be super busy or something. So, I decided to try ordering online and it was actually really easy. And to top it off, they shipped my stuff really quickly! Thanks for being awesome!

Tried it for 3 weeks
My husband gave this thing a shot for like 3 weeks and honestly, it was just meh. Didn't see any difference, so we were just like, peace out. We tried to cancel, but they were like, nope, here's more! Seriously, so rude. We sent that stuff back without even opening it, and they only gave us some of our money back. Not cool at all, dude.
