I ordered some e-cigarette accessories and was bummed to find out the one I wanted was out of stock after I bought it. The shipping took forever, and when I tried to reach out to customer service via email, I never got a reply. On top of that, I got the wrong accessories sent to me twice. It's really frustrating not getting proper communication and having orders messed up.

Store credit issue
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at that store. They gave me store credit, but the code they sent me wouldn't work. I tried getting in touch by sending 3 emails and leaving 2 voicemails, but no one bothered to respond. It's just frustrating and really disappointing.

I gotta give a shoutout to SPACE NK for the awesome customer service I got. So, I bought something and it showed up kinda messed up, and I really needed it for a birthday gift. I reached out to customer service and talked to this person named SJ. SJ was so nice and totally got where I was coming from. She fixed everything super quickly and smoothly. I was seriously impressed by how professional and helpful SJ was in sorting out my problem. The whole customer service experience was top-notch from beginning to end.

Dress and shoes
I bought a dress and some shoes from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was so let down by both the stuff I got and the way they treated me. The dress was super poorly put together and didn't look anything like the pictures online. The shoes were a pain to wear and they fell apart after just a couple times. When I tried to talk to customer service about returning them, they were rude and didn't offer much help at all. It's obvious to me that this company cares more about making money than making their customers happy or being honest.
