Unfortunately, the response I got wasn't very flexible or understanding. The representative just told me to check their website, social media, and calendar for customization timelines. That wasn't very helpful for me since I don't use social media much. I felt left out and kind of disappointed that there weren't any other options for me.
When I saw a sneak peek of what would be in the next box, I realized that the items might not fit my preferences and lifestyle. Things like cocktail shakers and bottle stoppers wouldn't be useful for me since I keep a sober home. While I like the idea of getting a mix of products, the selection didn't really match what I was looking for.
