don't trust the reviews on their site. I buy humidors to keep cigars at home and in the garage, use one every evening and it's handy, but the feedback there looks curated. I scrolled through every humidor listing and almost everything is four stars or higher — that jumped out. I left a blunt two-star for the Madison and it never appeared. Check Amazon and you’ll find more honest, mixed ratings. So product can work, but I get the feeling bad experiences are being quietly removed now.
Not the smooth start I expected
the box showed up fast, which I liked, but the moment we opened the humidor to season it — there was this grayish build-up that honestly looked like mold. First night, first try. I called them a few times and they kept insisting it was “plume,” which felt like fancy wording for mold. They offered a return but said I’d cover shipping and might not get a full refund because it was “used.” Also there’s a visible gap in the door; they claim it’s normal and won’t affect humidity. I’m skeptical. Customer service was awkward and defensive, delivery was fine but the product and their handling? Not great.
Not worth the hassle
disappointing, but it didn't wreck the gift. I needed a humidor for my boyfriend's birthday and thought I found a good deal, so I ordered. Right after they emailed that the exact model was out of stock and pushed other, pricier options. Then a $150 hold showed up on my card and hung around for weeks. Customer service was brusque and unhelpful. The hold was released and gift arrived; I'm relieved, but I won't shop here again.
Loose door, mixed results
Right after I set it up I noticed the thing that annoyed me most — the door wouldn’t seal properly. I’d say I’d only had it a couple weeks when I could slip two dollar bills between the frame and the door. At first it looked nice, solid wood and all, so that was disappointing. Around the same time small white spots showed up on the inner wood; the seller called it “plume,” forums called it mold. I sent pictures, went back and forth by phone, got shrugged off. On the plus side, once dialed in the humidity stayed okay and my cigars didn’t go bad immediately — so it works, just not perfectly. If you care about fit and customer support, be cautious.
best quality in cigar cases
i bought the cigar case from here and it turned out really good in quality, also the design is so well finished and the quality is just fanatic, well when i was buying, i was not sure but still because i have bought things from here so i knew that the deal will not gonna be that bad
but surprisingly, it turned out really well , Also the price may be more so it can be issue but the quality is fantastic and i really recommend people to try it . there are some good other options too for those who are looking for package deals and discounts, they have good accessories for cigar lovers too
