Clothing order
I wouldn't recommend trusting this company to get your order right. I ordered some clothes and got a totally different package with stuff I didn't even want. And when I tried to contact customer service for help, turns out they don't do phone support anymore. It's really not cool and quite a letdown. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this untrustworthy company.

Shoes
I've ordered shoes from this website a few times now and I always get really good customer service. Once, I ordered the wrong size and another time I put in the wrong address. But each time I reached out, the customer service team was super helpful and fixed everything right away. I really like how fast they are at getting back to me and how willing they are to help with any requests. Their great service has made me a loyal customer for sure.

Ticket purchase for a concert
My experience with this company was seriously terrible. I tried to get in touch several times but didn't hear anything back. They refused to give me a refund, even though it was obvious there was a mistake in the transaction. I looked into their reputation on sites like the Better Business Bureau and Facebook, and found that others had similar experiences of being scammed. I am so mad at the lack of customer service and responsibility from this company. They really need to step up their game if they want to be taken seriously.

I just got this awesome software that keeps all my data safe and secure. It's really easy to use, and I can access all my files without any problems. It also comes with a free file viewer toolkit that lets me look at different file types without any issues. I'm really satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to all my friends!

Tent purchase with billing issue
I just bought a tent from Sunny Sports, but man, it was a total nightmare. So, I placed my order online and got a message saying there was a problem with my payment and they canceled my order. But get this - they still charged my card 500 bucks anyway! I tried getting help from customer service right away, but all I got was passed around to different peeps from Adorama and Sunny Sports, and no one could do anything for me. The lack of responsibility and communication from both companies was seriously frustrating. It's just crazy to me how they can get away with treating customers like this and leaving us hanging.

Testosterone booster purchase
I just bought a testosterone booster from this company, even though they're in the UK. But, surprise! My order actually came from the USA, and I got hit with extra import fees when it arrived. I wish they had been more upfront about that because it was kind of a bummer having to fork over even more money on top of what I already paid for the product.
