I just bought this ankle support from this company and man, let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome the service was. This support has seriously changed my tennis game, giving me the stability and comfort I need to really bring it on the court. I did notice that the sizing seemed a little different from the last one I got, but after going up a size, it fits like a glove and feels great to wear for hours on end. All in all, I'm super happy with both the product and the whole shopping experience.
Pro Heel cups for heel pain
I got these Pro Heel cups because my foot doctor told me to, since I was dealing with some heel pain. And let me tell you, they're even better than I expected. They fit just right in all my shoes and even my slippers, giving me some much-needed comfort all day long. The material they're made of is top-notch and seems like it'll last a good while, so I feel good about using them long-term. I'm really happy with my purchase and definitely think anyone else with foot problems should give them a try.
Order arrived quickly from Europe to Canada
I just got my order from Vivomed and it came super fast, even though it was shipped from Europe all the way to Canada. The package was in great shape and everything I ordered was exactly what I expected. I was happy to see that they still had the product I needed because I couldn't find it anywhere in North America. Customer service and delivery experience
I was really happy with how quickly and professionally they handled my order, but man, the delivery just didn't cut it for me. I asked them to leave the package at the back door if I wasn't around, but they just plopped it down at the front door without even bothering to ring the bell. That's just plain lazy! It made me feel overlooked and bummed out. They gotta step up their game when it comes to customer service.
