Quick resolution of initial problem
I actually started off writing a bad review about this company, but I was pleasantly surprised when the boss man, Zach Colmenares, reached out to me to fix things. Gotta admit, I was pretty impressed with how professional and nice Mr. Colmenares was about the whole thing. You don't see companies going out of their way to make customers happy very often, so I gotta give them props for that. Because of this, I'll definitely keep this company in mind for my next travel plans.
One-way Amsterdam to Chicago flight
I just booked a one-way flight from Amsterdam to Chicago for me and my wife. The whole thing went super smoothly, and FlightGuru hooked us up with a direct flight that we couldn't find anywhere else. Our flight was on KLM and lasted about 8 hours, which was just right for what we needed. Flight booking experience
I couldn't reach customer service a few days ago because of technical issues which was a pain. But then today, out of the blue, the manager got in touch to talk about my concerns and said the tech team is on it. The manager even gave me his personal info if I need help later on. It's nice they're trying to fix things, but it shouldn't have taken so long to reach out. The lack of communication and slow response got me feeling annoyed and let down.

I was a little worried about the refund policy though. It said that if the airline didn't accept my purchase, I would only get a credit instead of a refund. Flight ticket purchase
I bought a flight ticket from this service not too long ago and for the most part, it was a decent experience. However, when I had a question about a tax charge that was taken out and then put back in my account on the same day, I tried calling customer service five times but couldn't get through. Every time I was put on hold, there was no music or messages to let me know I was still waiting, just awkward silence that made me think I had been disconnected. So, I ended up giving up on trying to talk to someone for help.
